Not having any hot water for 2 weeks due to waiting for the repairs to take place! Called management several times to check on the situation and kept being put off by waiting on repairmen.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Installed new parts on water heater; elements, new wires, thermostats
We received notice later that tenant was without hot water again. When plumbers left the first work order everything was working. We immediately put in a recall and the plumber went out to find a tripped breaker and reset it. We did not have any issues but it tripped again so we called out electrical contractor to look at the issue. The electrician went out and determined the older model breaker had to be replaced. This part was a *** breaker and had to be ordered. The electrician did put a rush on the order but it still took a couple of days to come in. The only option was to order this part. Again we are sorry the tenant did have water go out off and on between the plumber repair and electrician and flipping breaker to get hot water. We did do everything in our power to complete the repair timely but this was actually several different repairs with different trades and took a little extra time.
