So, we reached out to Manic Panic about doing a fundraiser for an event where people would dye their hair. They said they were down to do a matching donation, which was pretty cool. We did all the work and got people to dye their hair, but when it was time for Manic Panic to come through with their end of the deal, they didn't respond. It was pretty disappointing, to be honest. So, I tried using Manic Panic on my hair after pre-bleaching it and following all the steps mentioned on the website. But, to my disappointment, the color did not show up at all. I used two containers of Blue Steele Manic Panic and left it in for an hour more than what was recommended on the container. But, still, there was no hint of color on my hair. I was really disappointed with the product and would not recommend it to anyone. I will not be buying it again in the future.

I got some hair dye and a choker from Manic Panic, and I gotta say, it was a bit of a mixed bag. I used a discount code for Cyber Monday or Black Friday or something, and it was a pretty good deal. But when I got my order, they didn't have the choker I wanted, even though their site said they did. So I had to pick something else, and it wasn't even in stock either! They even canceled one item from my order and refunded it to a gift card I had already used up. I asked them to refund my credit card, but they ignored me. I just got the last shipment today, and I want to return it without opening it. I asked them to cancel the order multiple times, but they didn't listen. And now I found out that I have to pay for the return shipping myself, and I only have 5 days to do it. It's ridiculous. I've sent so many emails, but they don't respond. I just want my money back and never deal with Manic Panic again. And get this, they shipped from NYC, and I live in NYC. Can you believe it?
