I have been playing Modo for a couple of months and have made several purchases with no problem. On February 13, 2024 I won $200.00 and tried to redeem. I sent all of the required documents and was told that my proof of address was incomplete because my apartment number was not on it, which it clearly is. The I was told that the last four digits of my bank account number were not on the statement. This is something I have no control over. When I made the purchases I used the debit card associated with my bank account. I have offered to send them a photograph of the front and back of my debit card but can't get anyone to respond. My friend was able to redeem by sending a photo of their debit card. I am beginning to thinks it's because my friend won $100 and I've won $500 and they don't want to pay me. One of the reasons I chose to play Modo was because I had read that they were legit and paid out what you won fairly quickly. I play on other Casino's like WOW Vegas, Stake US and Pulsz and am able to redeem with no problem. I just want the money that I won fair and square.
