So, I ordered some shoes from MUVEZ Footwear and I was pretty excited to get them. But, unfortunately, they never showed up. And I'm not the only one who's had this problem. If you check out the BBB website, you'll see that there are other people who have had the same issue.

I tried to get in touch with both the company and UPS, but I never heard back from either of them. It's really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on something and it never arrives. I hope that MUVEZ Footwear can get their act together and start delivering their products to their customers.

Their customer service is just terrible. I mean, seriously, it's like they don't even care about their customers. They tell you that they've shipped your product with a UPS tracking number, but then you wait and wait and wait and your product doesn't physically ship for like 10-15 days. What's up with that? And then, when you finally get your product, they intentionally ship you the wrong size! Can you believe that? And to top it off, they include a note that says "their experience" says these will fit better, but they're just plain wrong. It's like they don't even know what they're doing.

And if you're like me and you're fed up with their nonsense and you want to return your product for a refund, they charge you $25 to do so! Can you believe that? I mean, it's bad enough that they messed up in the first place, but now they want to charge you for their mistake? That's just not right.

And don't even get me started on the refund process. Based on what I've heard from others, you won't see any refund for at least a month, if at all. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous. Who has time to wait around for a month just to get their money back? It's like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible for you to get your money back.

Overall, I would not recommend MUVEZ Footwear to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, they ship the wrong sizes, and they charge you for their mistakes. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I bought some shoes from MUVEZ Footwear for a special occasion. I placed my order and paid for it, even adding extra money for VIP expedited shipping. However, I haven't received any updates or information about my order since then. I tried to contact them through the contact information listed on their FAQ page, but I couldn't get through to anyone. I'm really disappointed with their lack of customer service and communication. I don't think I'll be doing business with them again. I'll give them another day to respond, but if I don't hear anything, I'll have to cancel my order using my credit card. I was planning on buying more shoes from them as Christmas presents, but now I'm not so sure. The only proof of my purchase is the UPS Tracking Number, but I'm hesitant to share it on this public forum.

I recently bought a couple of pairs of shoes from MUVEZ Footwear (muvez.com) for my loved ones as a Christmas gift in 2021. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered an extra pair, and the recipient wished to return them.

I went through the return process, but to my surprise, I found out that the shoes were not returnable after 26 days. I was taken aback by this policy, as I had never heard of such a thing before. I tried to contact their Customer Service twice via their website email address, but I have yet to receive a reply from them.

What's more, there is no phone number to reach them, which makes me wonder why they don't want to be easily accessible to their customers. All I want is a full refund, but it seems like a daunting task to achieve that.

I don't think it's unreasonable to return a Christmas present in January, and I feel like MUVEZ Footwear should have a more customer-friendly return policy. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't prioritize its customers' needs.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend MUVEZ Footwear to anyone. Their Customer Service is terrible, and their return policy is not customer-friendly. It's a waste of time and money to deal with this company.
