I recently purchased a product from NewRockies Inc through PayPal, but unfortunately, it didn't work as expected. I thought they were a US-based company, but when I opened a case with PayPal, they asked for a return tracking number to Canada! What the heck? The product was shipped to me in Pennsylvania, so I don't understand why I had to return it to Canada. This cost me $50, which is a lot of money to lose.

To make matters worse, it's nearly impossible to get help from NewRockies. You have to create an account on their website and wait 2-3 days for a response to your question. And when they do respond, they don't even answer your question! They just ask more questions. It's frustrating and time-consuming.

The product itself is supposed to be a simple 3-wire installation, but it didn't work for me. NewRockies claims that they offer a money-back guarantee if it doesn't work, but it's going to cost me another $50 to get a refund. I'm still waiting for PayPal to process my refund, and it's been a hassle.

I don't understand why PayPal allows companies like NewRockies to operate like this. If you're thinking about buying from them, I suggest you run away as fast as you can. Trust me, you'll regret it if you don't.

The NewRockies Inc module is a great investment for your car. We have it installed in three of our cars and it never fails. However, we did encounter some problems with their support system. At first, we were frustrated because we didn't receive any response to our messages. But, we later found out that their emails were ending up in our junk folder. We were surprised to find so many important emails in our junk folder.

Luckily, we were able to contact Luca Lambruschini, the creator of the module and NewRockies. He was an amazing guy who listened to our problems and assured us that they are working on a completely new system and website that will fix all of it.

We highly recommend that you check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive replies to your return requests or support emails. You might find them all in there!

Overall, NewRockies saved our third car and we are very happy with the module. It's a great investment that will give you peace of mind while driving.

I just wanted to share my experience with NewRockies Inc and their product. I have a 2006 GMC Canyon that I purchased back in 2010. Everything was going great until 2011 when I started having issues with the Passlock system. It was a real pain because sometimes I would have to wait for 30 minutes before the truck would start. It was frustrating, to say the least.

I did some research and found out about the bypass module that NewRockies offers. I decided to give it a try and it worked like a charm. I didn't have any more issues with the Passlock system until November of 2020. I guess you could say that the original module had finally given up the ghost.

I contacted NewRockies and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they honored their lifetime warranty, even after 9 years. They sent me a new module and the problem was fixed once again. I was so relieved because my daughter now drives this truck and she needed it for her new job.

I have to give a shout out to Justin, who went above and beyond to get the new module out to me in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about the customer service at NewRockies. They really saved the day and I would recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their Passlock system.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with NewRockies Inc. Their product works great and their customer service is top-notch. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

I am so happy with NewRockies Inc and their product! The installation process was pretty easy and I was able to get it working on the first try. I gotta tell ya, I've been using NewRockies Inc's module for a year and a half now and it's been a lifesaver for my 92 Toronado. Ain't had no problems with it since and it runs like a bat outta hell. So when my 99 Alero started actin' up, I knew I had to get another module from these guys. But when I tried it out, it didn't work. I was pretty bummed out, but then Jack and Justin from New Rockies stepped in and helped me find the problem. Turns out it was in the ecm, and they refunded me the module right away!

Now, I don't know what some of these other folks in the comments are talkin' about when they say New Rockies don't refund. 'Cause let me tell ya, I got my refund no problem. And I ain't the only one who's happy with their product. I got plenty of Facebook friends who've installed their module and they're just as happy as a kid on Christmas morning.

But what really sets New Rockies apart is their customer service. Jack and Justin were kind and patient with me, even though I was probably drivin' 'em crazy with all my questions. They went above and beyond to help me out, and after a month of workin' with me, they even found the real problem with my car and refunded the module, even though it wasn't even their fault!

I mean, where do you find a company like this these days? They saved my cars twice, and the second time wasn't even with their module. These guys are the real deal, and I ain't never goin' anywhere else for my car needs.

I recently purchased a bypass module from NewRockies Inc for my Chevy. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the ad was a bit misleading as it did not come with any instructions. I had to go to their website to find the instructions, but unfortunately, they were not correct for my car. I tried to contact their tech support for three days, but I never got the correct instructions for my car. It was frustrating to go back and forth with their so-called tech support, and I felt like they were not really trying to help me.

Finally, one of their representatives sent me some photos and tried to tell me that this is what was in my car. However, I knew that was not what was existing in my car. He tried to act like I didn't know what was there and what wasn't. I was so frustrated that I decided to return the product. I wouldn't recommend buying this product unless you check the compatibility list carefully. Don't let these bozos tell you it will work on your car because they don't care if it helps you or not. They're just trying to sell you something you may not actually need.

However, I did find a solution to my problem. I checked all my plug connections on the steering column and found out that I had a loose plug connection on the top of the steering column. I wedged in a piece of a ziptie to make the plug fit snuggly, and my car started right up. So, if you're having trouble with your car, check all connections, and you might be able to fix it yourself.

I recently got my hands on the bypass module from NewRockies Inc for my 2004 Chevy Impala. I must say, I was quite impressed with the results. The installation process was a bit of a hassle, but it was worth it in the end.

The instructions mentioned that the relearn procedure might be required, but I was lucky enough to not need it. The car started up on the first try, which was a relief. Before the module, I would often get passlock failure during temperature changes, but I haven't experienced that since the installation.

The only downside to the installation process was that I had to access the BCM wires, which was a bit of a challenge for me. If only there was an intermediate plug that could manage the signal between the BCM and wires, it would have saved me a lot of time. But overall, I'm happy with the results.

Yo, if you're checkin' out NewRockies Inc on Sitejabber, you're probably in a tight spot with your ride. Maybe it ain't startin' up or it starts and then dies on ya. And you've been quoted some crazy price to fix it or told it's unfixable. That's why you're lookin' for reviews, both good and bad, before you drop some cash on a product that claims to bypass faulty security systems for vehicles listed on their website. But don't let the bad reviews from Gordon, Kim, and Will scare ya off. Out of thousands of customers, only three of 'em had anything negative to say. Personally, I can vouch for NewRockies Inc and their PRO Module. I installed it on my 1995 Buick LeSabre Limited with 62,500 original miles and it brought my baby back to life. And if you got any technical questions, they'll respond to your ticket or contact request. This ain't no scam, trust me.

Now, if you're gonna install the PRO Module yourself, here's a few tips from me to you. Get a squeeze type wire-stripper that grabs the tip of the wire, 'cause you'll be up in the dash with little wiggle room. Before you cut any wires, disconnect the negative battery terminal so you don't accidentally short somethin' out. Solder your connections if you can. And before you turn the key, perform a continuity check on every single fuse you can find. If you've replaced your ignition cylinder, make sure you've replaced the VATS/Airbag fuse. Check that the battery is charged and do a load test, 'cause just 'cause it shows 12.2 volts doesn't mean it's good. And find the location of the Starter Relay before you turn the key. You might need someone to touch it while you turn the key to see if it clicks.

And before you go writin' a bad review, make sure it ain't you that's the problem. You can't fix stupid, but you can fix a faulty security system with NewRockies Inc's PRO Module.

I gotta say, I've had some mixed experiences with NewRockies Inc. Sometimes their modules work like a charm, but other times they just don't seem to do the trick. And let me tell you, their tech support leaves a lot to be desired. You can only communicate with them through email, which can take days to get a response, and even then it's usually just a short and brief message.

Despite all that, I'm still giving them two stars because they have helped me out in the past. But the last two times I tried to use their modules, they just didn't seem to work. It's frustrating, but I guess that's just the way it goes sometimes.

So, I spent a good chunk of change, $259 to be exact, on a bypass from NewRockies Inc. I thought it would be a good investment to fix my passlock issue.
