They won't let me withdraw my Alt Coins that I paid for and I have LV 2 Account and I'm verified.
On 03/22 I transferred $500 from my checking account to my account on H323****1323536383336H.com to invest in crytocurrency
On 03/22 I transferred $500 from my checking account to my account on H323***1323536383336H.com to invest in crytocurrency. The money showed in my account, but I was unable to access it. I contacted customer support and was told it was being extradited to release my funds. On 03/23 my funds were still unaccessable so I contacted customer service again and was told the same thing about it being extradited. On 03/24, I still couldn't access the funds, except this time they had withdrawn the funds from my checking account. When I contacted customer service again, I told them since I couldn't access the funds, I wanted my $500 refunded back to me. I was told they couldn't refund my money, but they would be extradting it to resolve the issue. As of today, 03/30, I still can't access my funds and they still won't offer a refund. The money shows in my assets on their website, but it's frozen and they haven't given an explanation why.

I signed up for OkCoin from a referral link. This offer required to pass level 2 verification, deposit $100 into your account, and trade $100 of any crypto to get $10 in BTC. I signed up on 5/23, deposited $101, and bought $100.7279 USDC. However, my attempts at getting this bonus have failed and the support is inept at crediting me the amount and always marks my complaints as "solved" despite not being close to being solved. Additionally, OkCoin offered a promotion to make my first $100 deposit in May to earn $10 in BTC by 6/18. I confirmed with their support that I would get this promotion too. Once again, OkCoin has failed at paying out this bonus. Avoid this site!
I sent funds via ach to this company in order to buy & invest in bitcoin. Although the money was successfully deposited over 20 days ago, the company is not letting me withdraw the funds. I have spoken to their customer support every day for the past 6 days. Nothing is being done. I asked them to refund the funds to my bank account but each time I talk to them, they're saying they are "escalating" my case and someone will be in contact with me. Nothing is happening. I want to have access to my funds or have the funds returned to my bank account !
I am trying to verify my identity using their identity verification system. It is not working. This is required for me to withdraw my funds. I have tried multiple times and have spent hours trying.
