Railrestro is the most irresponsible company ever. I ordered food at 7.44pm(prepaid), to be delivered at Gooty station at 8.30pm. Didn’t receive the food. Called 25-30 times no satisfactory response. Manager sleeping at home, I’m suffering here. Have to wait for 24 hours to talk to manager. Have to wait for 3-5 working days for refund. You can’t deliver at next station. Do you believe in cust. Satisfaction? One agent said out of 10, we can’t deliver 2 orders on a daily basis. 20% missed orders & u call yourself a company? Agents are disconnecting phone on my face. There is no one on the floor who can handle my concern. Had it been any other country the company would have to regret this but this is India my friend. There is no such thing called cust. service, satisfaction, cust. Value, timeliness. IndianRailways please do no allow such frauds for food delivery in train. These guys do not respond after getting money. There were 3 other people who received food bcz it was COD. Order no. 3118188

This app is awesome for all the peeps taking the train ride hungry. Railrestro gives out food that's packed really good and the clean is pretty impressive. Tried it myself it's pretty yummy. Service from RailRestro is a nightmare. I had ordered food from them, and it was accepted by the vendor, but, despite my multiple follow-ups with their customer support team, the food was not delivered. I even called their customer care number, but they were of no help and told me that there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue, and also told me that they would refund the money within 5-7 working days. However, even after 8 days, I didn't receive my money back.

It is not a wise choice to trust RailRestro for food, especially if you are famished. I recommend keeping an alternative with you, as their service is unreliable and can leave you without a meal and with a bad experience.

However, in the evening on the same day, RailRestro called me and asked me to place another order for dinner. I went ahead and placed the order, but was really disappointed with what was delivered to me. The quality, quantity, and menu of the food that I ordered were completely different from what was delivered to me. The quality of the food was cheap, poor, and unhygienic.

After this experience, I would never order anything on RailRestro through a call. I would suggest to all the people out there who order from RailRestro to place their orders directly on their website. This will give you the freedom to choose the food of your choice and ensure that you get exactly what you want.

Hello, I am vendor in Vapi, Valsad. I deliver food in train which the customer order. But unfortunately Railrestro team has not given me the payment from last 3 months. They are giving me only dates. And the person in charge named Amit is not responding to calls and messages. They are not responding. Please understand we need to pay it to other people . We are in debt.

I recently ordered the jain deluxe thali from RailRestro and was a bit disappointed with my experience. The meal was missing some important components such as curd/yogurt, pickle, and salad which are typically included in the thali. Instead of butter roti, I was given plain chapati which wasn’t as satisfying.
