Accertamento Di Violazione n. 2562068/2019/P Pr. 231202/2019
I recently recently received an email on Monday, January 10, 2020 about an apparent traffic violation from November 9, 2019 in the Commune of Pisa.
I am not sure what the violation was for because it is all in Italian. I drove through Pisa and parked for a short time in an authorized spot. There was no ticket on the car when I returned. If this was indeed a parking violation, how can I let the parking authorities know there must have been an error?
I also don't know how to pay this fine because once again it is all in Italian.
I was also told that I am being charged an additional 50 Euro by Sicily by Car for their trouble, i don't believe this is fair because the email didn't even come from Sicily by Car and there is extreme confusion on how to proceed.
Thank you for your help in fixing this situation.

Visited Siena, Italy this past Sept 17th and just received an email (Nov 23rd) from Sicily By Car that our rental car committed a traffic violation in that city. I have no idea what the violation was for but must have been for driving in a historical district even though we were completely unaware that we may have broken any rules. Of course the citation is entirely in Italian so I can't begin to understand it. Should Sicily By Car assist me in resolving this issue? I see that they are charging me 50 euros for the inconvenience so I would hope that they could give this a little attention. Or should I attempt to contact the City of Siena? Thanks. Marcus
