I went ahead and gave all the permissions it asked for, and took off my anti virus so it would work right. But let me tell ya, it's a total scam.

So like, my wife and teen went on a trip out of state a couple weeks ago, and the location tracker on this thing said the phone was still at my house! Can you believe that? And the time stamp said everything was up to date, lolz. (I got a screenshot of that, too.) Plus, there's no live feed or anything, and if you're lucky, the refresh rate is like 2 or 3 days. Most of time, the app didn't even load on my browser, and kept throwin' up errors like the one I got here.

Messages, videos, pictures... All the options are useless and not even updating. The live video and audio recording is pointless, too. They try to sell it like you can listen to what's goin' on around the phone, but that's a big fat lie. Total fraud, man.

And get this - I can't even see any social media messages from Twitter or Facebook, or any of that stuff. Don't even think about trusting this app. I've got all the screenshots and proof you could ever want if ya don't believe me. The response came via email, telling me that a ticket had been created, followed by instructions to remedy the problem.

This process went back and forth for weeks, but nothing worked. I paid for a product that didn't function as advertised and it became frustrating. I spoke to only one person for about 30 seconds who answered the phone with just a “hello”. I didn't even know if I was talking to the same company I bought the app from. It was sketchy.

Two months passed and I didn't have a working solution. I decided to ask for a refund via email (to several email addresses they used in contacting me). Unfortunately, the response I got was yet another ticket created followed by the issue has been referred. I never received a refund and nobody told me why. I sent another email asking for a refund and told them that they didn't have permission to make any charges to my payment method anymore. But I received the same response - another ticket created followed by the issue has been referred. It was all pointless and I felt like they were taking advantage of me.
