Travel2Be Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Travel2Be

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Travel2Be (travel2be.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My return flight with Virgin Atlantic was changed unexpectedly due to Covid-19 and connecting flights, making my ticket essentially useless. I attempted to contact Travel2Be to change my flight, but found the process to be difficult and time-consuming. The phone number provided by the company is rarely answered by a representative, and when we were able to speak with someone, they would often put us on hold for long periods of time only to have the call disconnected. While the reps we spoke with were polite, it felt as though the company was designed to evade responsibility for any issues that arose after purchase.

I cannot express my shock at the level of poor customer service I received from this company. I have never dealt with anything like it before and would caution anyone considering using Travel2Be to think twice before purchasing. The lack of support and communication during what was already a difficult time made things much worse. It is shocking to me that they are allowed to continue operating in this manner.

Travel2Be Poor Service and Unprofessionalism: My Experience with Travel2Be

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Travel2Be over the cancellation of part of our journey to the UK. It has been a frustrating experience, to say the least. While I understand that travel disruptions can happen, I cannot help but feel that Travel2Be handled the situation poorly.

In particular, I am disappointed with the service we received from their staff. We were informed twice that our seats had been booked on an alternative route, but this turned out to be untrue. In addition, they charged us an "Admin Fee" without providing adequate explanation. We had to follow up with them several times when our e-tickets were not being issued, which further added to the stress of the situation.

What's worse is that the staff we spoke to each time had a different story to tell. And when we persisted in asking for clarification and resolution, we were met with aggression and unprofessionalism. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from a reputable travel agency.

I cannot recommend Travel2Be based on my experience. If you're looking for a smooth and hassle-free trip, I suggest looking elsewhere. Dealing with Travel2Be has been one of the most stressful travel experiences I have ever had, and I would not wish it upon anyone else. My advice - stay away from these crooks. Zero stars, indeed.

Travel2Be Disappointing Experience Booking a Flight Through TRAVEL2BE: Review

Hello there,

I recently had an experience booking a flight through TRAVEL2BE's website and it wasn't quite what I expected. While I've had good experiences with other travel booking sites in the past, my experience with TRAVEL2BE was less than satisfactory.

First and foremost, I was surprised that I didn't receive my ticket immediately after booking. In my previous experiences, I've always gotten my tickets within an hour of booking. However, with TRAVEL2BE, this wasn't the case. This raised some red flags for me, and I began to question whether this site was legitimate or not.

What's more, I was presented with a price of Rands 6521 when booking my flight, but after processing my payment, my account was charged R7110. This was frustrating and disappointing, as the final amount charged was far higher than what the airline (in this case Airlink) was charging for the same flight. I feel as though I was lured in by an offer that ultimately didn't deliver what it promised.

Lastly, upon checking the booking reference that TRAVEL2BE provided, I found that it was invalid. This only added to my frustration and disappointment with the entire booking process.

Overall, my experience with TRAVEL2BE was less than stellar and I'm left feeling disappointed and upset. I believe that there are plenty of clues that TRAVEL2BE may not be a legitimate site and I feel compelled to report it to the appropriate aviation authorities. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues.

Travel2Be Disappointing Experience with Travel2Be: Void Ticket and Lack of Confirmation

Recently, I had to book a flight for my elderly mother and opted to use Travel2Be. The booking process went smoothly and I only had one question regarding cancellation or modification fees, which Travel2Be promptly answered. However, my satisfaction with their service quickly turned to frustration when my mother arrived at the airport with a confirmed ticket email from both Travel2Be and Virgin Atlantic, only to be told the ticket was void and she was unable to travel.

When I contacted Travel2Be about the issue, they informed me that they had made the ticket void but had never sent a confirmation. As a result, we were left scrambling to book a new ticket with Virgin Atlantic. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I couldn't help but wonder, what if my mother had been traveling alone? What would she have done in such a situation?

I was extremely disappointed by my experience with Travel2Be and feel compelled to share my story. Booking a flight should be a stress-free experience, and the fact that the confirmation was never sent is completely unacceptable. I have never felt motivated to write a review before, but I felt it was important to warn others about Travel2Be's poor service. Travel2Be Terrible Customer Service Experience with Travel2Be - Avoid This Company!

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Travel2Be (travel2be.com) that I felt compelled to share. On September 6th, I had booked a flight for a funeral with a basic refund insurance policy. Unfortunately, due to a doctor's recommendation, I had to cancel my flight. I contacted their customer service agent, Ursula, but she was unhelpful from the start. She was rude and refused to let me talk to her supervisor about the issue at hand.

All I wanted was for Ursula to cancel my ticket and include the reason for cancellation in her agent notes. But to my surprise, she informed me that Travel2Be doesn't record reasons for cancellation, and there would be no evidence of our conversation. It was quite frustrating, to say the least. Ursula's suggestion was to contact the airline directly, which I did. Alitalia was very understanding of my situation, and they requested that Travel2Be cancel the booking and include the reasons in the notes so that they could find a solution for my family.

I have been dealing with companies for over 20 years, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The unpleasant experience I had with Travel2Be was definitely the worst. This incident was the first and last time that I will use the services of Travel2Be. My recommendation is that others deal with airlines directly to avoid the hassle that I went through.

Several disgruntled customers have reported that the company's communication is limited or non-existent when flights are cancelled, leading to confusion and frustration. One traveller was even forced to wait over a month for any response from Travel2Be regarding options for re-arranging or receiving a refund for their cancelled itinerary.

Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of their issues with this company. Travel2Be Warning: Stay Away from Travel2Be.com - My Disastrous Experience and Lack of Refund

Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience with Travel2Be.com and feel compelled to leave a review warning others not to trust this company with their travel plans. Regrettably, if there was a '0' option for rating, that is what I would have chosen for my experience.

My party of four purchased tickets for a flight from Rome to Madrid on Alitalia Airlines in July 2021 for a November 20, 2021 flight. However, upon arriving at the Rome airport for our flight, we found out that Alitalia had ceased flights to Madrid the previous month, and that Travel2Be had never notified us of this change. As a result, we were forced to spend the majority of the day at the airport in order to purchase new tickets on another carrier to get to Madrid. This was highly frustrating and disruptive to our travel plans.

Once back in the United States in November 2021, I immediately filed a complaint with my credit card company to receive a refund from Travel2Be. Despite multiple attempts, it is now March 16, 2022, and the company has refused to refund our money unless we drop our claim through the credit card company. This, understandably, makes no sense and is highly concerning.

After doing some research and reading numerous negative reviews of Travel2Be, it's clear that others have had similarly unpleasant experiences. It is truly unsettling that this company continues to operate and take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

In conclusion, I must caution anyone considering purchasing tickets from Travel2Be to strongly reconsider. Their dishonest business practices have made them an unreliable travel partner and a company to be avoided at all costs.

Travel2Be Disappointing experience with Travel2be: No Refund for Canceled Flight Due to COVID-19 Border Closure

My recent experience with Travel2be when booking a flight to Toronto left me greatly disappointed. Unfortunately, due to the third wave of COVID-19 and the subsequent border closure in Canada, my flight was no longer feasible. In my attempt to get a refund, Travel2Be stated that I needed to contact the airline directly. However, both Delta and WestJet, who operate the flight I booked, told me that because I had booked through Travel2be, they could not help me.

I then contacted Travel2be again, who informed me that they were unable to refund my ticket, and that the only options available were either to leave the ticket open (which I didn't need as I had no plans to go back to Toronto), or receive credit towards a new booking. Unfortunately, this left me out of pocket by nearly $400, which is a considerable amount. Given that an entire country had closed its borders, and the situation was entirely beyond my control, I would have thought that they would have been more accommodating.

To make matters worse, there was an additional fee of ?30 (~$36) for any changes I wanted to make to my current booking, including trying to rebook in the future using the credit. I find it unacceptable to have to pay extra because of something that was entirely out of my control, and it feels like an unnecessary additional cost that is not justified.

Overall, I found Travel2be to be lacking in customer service and flexibility, especially given the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It makes me uneasy to use their services again, and I would recommend other travelers to exercise caution before booking with them.

Travel2Be Travel2Be's Inflexible Covid Policy Leaves Customers Out of Pocket

Travel2Be (travel2be.com) has unfortunately left a sour taste in the mouth of one customer who had booked a flight to South Africa last year. Due to the worsening Covid-19 situation in the country, the UK government advised against non-essential travel to the area, meaning the customer was unable to travel. Despite attempting to contact Travel2Be, the customer found it difficult to get in touch and instead referred to Lufthansa's Covid policy online. According to the policy, if a flight is cancelled, customers are entitled to a refund or can change their flight to a future date and time without any extra charge. However, in this particular case, their flight was not cancelled and therefore they were informed by Travel2Be that they could only change their flights to a later date, and must return within one year of the original booking. This left the customer with little options, and they were furthermore disappointed to learn they would have to pay an additional fee of 600 euros. It seems that the rules surrounding booking flexibility are not as clear cut as some might hope, and despite wanting to support the travel industry during a difficult time, the customer found themselves out of pocket for ?1850. It's unfortunate that despite countless others experiencing similar situations last year, these customers are still left with little recourse or reimbursement.

Travel2Be Disappointing Experience with Travel2Be: Unexpected Charges and Poor Customer Service

As a human being who recently booked a flight with Travel2Be, I have to say that my experience with this company was far from pleasant. Initially, the ticket price appeared to be reasonable, hovering around $100. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse once I completed the booking process and provided my debit card information.

To my surprise, Travel2Be charged $200 to my card, seemingly without any rhyme or reason. Adding fuel to the fire, they neglected to send an invoice or any kind of explanation for this unexpected charge. Understandably, I began to feel quite frustrated and confused.

In an effort to sort things out, I attempted to contact Travel2Be's customer service department several times. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to connect with them or receive any clarification regarding the charge on my card. As time went on, my frustration only continued to mount.

Finally, after several attempts at communication with no progress, I decided to file a formal complaint against the company. It was clear that their customer service was severely lacking, leaving me feeling disappointed and disrespected as a customer.

Overall, my experience with Travel2Be was one of frustration and disappointment. I sincerely hope that they take the time to address these issues and improve their processes in the future, as no customer should have to endure such a lackluster experience.

Travel2Be Unsatisfactory Customer Service and Lack of Communication: My Experience with Travel2Be

My experience with Travel2Be (travel2be.com) has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment I booked my flight with this company, I encountered problems that made it clear that their customer service was far from satisfactory.

One of the biggest issues I had with Travel2Be was their lack of communication. Despite my flight being delayed by a whopping 48 hours, I was never notified of this delay by the company. I made my way to the airport as scheduled, only to find out at the last minute that my flight had been delayed. As a result of this inconvenience, my travel plans were completely thrown off course.

To make matters worse, I found it incredibly difficult to get in touch with Travel2Be, leading me to believe that there was no company at all. It seemed that there was no one within the organization who was willing or able to help me with my concerns. The result of this lack of communication and customer service was a great deal of frustration and stress on my part.

To add insult to injury, when I chose to cancel my ticket and book a different flight instead of waiting around for the delayed flight, Travel2Be flatly refused to refund my money. I was left out of pocket, with no compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay and the lack of customer service.

All in all, my experience with Travel2Be was one that I would definitely not recommend to others. If you're looking for a reliable, communicative and customer-focused travel company, then Travel2Be is definitely not the way to go. Save yourself the trouble and book with a different, more reputable company instead.

Travel2Be Unreliable and Frustrating Customer Service: My Experience with Travel2Be

As a frequent traveler, it's always frustrating when issues arise with your booking or itinerary. Unfortunately, it seems that Travel2Be is not equipped to handle these types of situations in a timely or effective manner. Like many others, I experienced significant difficulty when trying to change the date on my ticket. The process was drawn out and excessively frustrating, despite my best efforts to get in touch with customer service through both phone and email channels.

To make matters worse, I was unceremoniously disconnected from their customer service line on three separate occasions after waiting for over an hour each time. After realizing that I wasn't going to make any progress through these efforts, I ended up having to purchase a whole new ticket altogether. Needless to say, it's unacceptable that such a large and established travel agency is unable to provide reliable and efficient customer service to their clients.

Despite my frustrations, I remained optimistic and tried to reach out via email to see if I could get some traction there. Unfortunately, I've now been waiting for a response for over two weeks, which is simply unacceptable when considering the level of customer service that one should expect from a company like Travel2Be.

It's alarming to think that their main goal is to satisfy their customers when my experience has shown that this is far from the truth. I urge anyone considering using Travel2Be for their travel needs to think twice and carefully consider the level of service that they're likely to receive. In the end, my experience left me feeling tremendously upset and disappointed, and I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Travel2Be Nightmare Experience Booking Through Travel2Be - $2,000 Wasted

Oh boy, I had such a terrible experience booking a flight through travel2be. It was honestly a nightmare from start to finish. Firstly, I spent a small fortune trying to get hold of their customer support. It's ridiculous how hard it was just to speak to a real person. But after months of trying with no luck, I decided to cancel the payment through my credit card. That finally got their attention, and they reached out to me after not receiving payment. The bank gave the money back to me, but then travel2be said they needed to confirm this with their bank. This confirmation process took months, even though I sent them proof multiple times. By the time everything was sorted out, the tickets expired and I lost over 2,000 quid. It was such a frustrating experience, and I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of thieves. Not even an apology from them. I pray that nobody has to go through what I went through with travel2be.

Travel2Be Warning: Terrible customer service and non-existent assistance from Travel2Be regarding flight booking. Look elsewhere for travel bookings

to hear back from them. It has been several days and I am left wondering if I will have to purchase another ticket or if I will be able to board my flight as scheduled.

Travel2Be has been a complete nightmare to deal with. Their customer service is non-existent and they have provided no assistance in resolving this issue. It is unacceptable that they would take payment for a ticket and then refuse to provide it or confirm the booking with the airline. This lack of professionalism is inexcusable and I would caution against using this company for any travel bookings.

Not only have they caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience, they have also potentially cost me a lot of money if I have to purchase another ticket on short notice. I had expected better from a travel agency and was left sorely disappointed by my experience with Travel2Be.

I hope that others will be warned about the poor service provided by Travel2Be and choose to take their business elsewhere. It is important to support companies that value their customers and provide quality service. Unfortunately, Travel2Be falls far short of this standard and should not be trusted with anyone's travel arrangements.

Travel2Be Nightmarish experience with travel2be: Beware of their lack of customer service and accountability

My recent experience with travel2be was nothing short of a nightmare. I had booked flights with Virgin Australia through their website, only to have them cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Naturally, I wanted to organise either a refund or credits for future flights - but that's where the real trouble started.

I attempted to contact travel2be multiple times via phone, only to be met with long wait times and frustrating language barriers. To make matters worse, I wound up with a $60 phone bill for my trouble. Eventually, I received an automated reply instructing me to contact Virgin Australia directly about the matter. Unfortunately, Virgin Australia were not able to help me in any way, as they claimed that it was solely travel2be's responsibility.

Fast forward two years later, and I am still battling with travel2be to get my refund or credits sorted out. In the end, I am down $1000+ and extremely frustrated. This whole experience reeks of fraudulence and I feel like I have been robbed.

In short, I would not recommend travel2be to anyone after my terrible experience. Their customer service is non-existent, and their lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. Steer clear at all costs.

As a traveller in a difficult situation, I can't help but feel disappointed in my experience with Travel2Be. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I faced the unfortunate situation where the flight I had booked was cancelled. Having reached out to the company for assistance, it took quite a few attempts before I finally received a response.

To my relief, I learned that I had credit on my account which I could use on a future flight booking. However, despite my many efforts to book a new flight and use my credit, I have not received any response from Travel2Be. I am left feeling frustrated and concerned about how I will be able to travel home, especially given that it has now been several months since initial contact.

As a loyal customer, I would have appreciated more timely communication and assistance from Travel2Be. It is especially concerning to learn that I am not the only customer to have faced such issues with this company. I strongly advise other travellers to avoid using Travel2Be and to seek alternative options for travel arrangements.

In the end, all I want is to be refunded for my cancelled flight, as it has been almost a year since this situation began. As a customer, I feel disappointed in the lack of customer care and response provided by Travel2Be.
