Employee misconduct
My charge was 280.00; card reader was down, I withdrew 300.00 from ATM; gave it all the employee, Chase, he took ALL of the money and did not give me my change. I reported him to the store manager and she yelled out that "you're a liar". No I am not lying and I thank corporate for agreeing to review the surveillance cameras to confirm that I am in fact reporting truthful to you. My account records all of my transactions and interactions with "Chase". A review of those encounters on the video camera will verify who is a "liar" Miss Manager. Don't steal from people, we are your customers!

The employee did not return my change to me. When I reported it to the Manager, she yelled, "You are a liar," out in front of the whole store. Next time, I am calling the police on your employees. You cannot steal from people, and I am telling corporate what happened so you don't do it to someone else.
Please review the surveillance cameras on the dates that your employee "Chase" waited on me. Also, my husband and I would like to shop at the Sanford location as it is closet to our home. I do not want anything to happen to us when we return to your store there. Please speak with your manager so that we will not be turned away again. I very politely told the manager that the employee did not return my change and she had no right to yell out in front of the entire lobby that I was lying. No ma'am I am not lying and the cameras will prove it. She could be sued for falsely calling me that and we are very upset about it to be honest with you. Maybe she is related to the boy who took our money, I don't know, but like I said the cameras will determine who is lying and who is NOT. We work hard for our money and no one should be allowed under your corporation to take it unlawfully from us.

Upon arriving at the store, I checked in and noticed that I was the only customer present. I patiently waited for approximately 7 minutes, expecting to be assisted shortly.
However, to my surprise, another customer - a lady - walked in after me and was called back before I was. I was puzzled by this turn of events, as there was no one else in the store when I initially arrived.
Feeling overlooked and frustrated, I raised my voice and asked why I had been skipped over. The staff member on duty informed me that the other customer might have had an order, which left me feeling even more dissatisfied with the situation. At that point, I felt it was best to leave the store, as it seemed that my presence and money was not valued.
I believe in the importance of equitable and respectful customer service, where each patron is treated fairly and promptly.
In this instance, it appeared that this standard was not upheld. Waiting for 7 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted, only to be surpassed by another customer who arrived after me, is simply unacceptable.

The receipt I received for pick up clearly showed the total as $108. When I went to the store to pick up my order, the representative told me that I couldn't use my points because the items I was buying were already on sale. Nowhere on the website did it mention this for my order. The system allowed me to apply the points for a discount and clearly displayed my final price. I asked to speak to a manager, but the representative said she was the manager. She explained that even though the website lets you apply a discount and shows the final price, she couldn't honor the quoted discount because her bosses would find out and she would get in trouble. That was her only reason for not honoring the price that was quoted. I told her that changing the price at the time of sale felt like a bait and switch. The manager couldn't offer any resolution. After some pushing, she gave me a 10% discount for my next purchase. I had to remove items from my order to lower the price. I feel like Trulieve easily attracts customers to their stores with false sales and discounts that they then deny during the sale.
