Wendy’s

Ordered the 2 for ten chicken sandwich meals with coupon the day after it arrived in the mail. Ordered meal nothing was said, went to pay and order came to $14.90 asked why and cashier said price went up. Manager repeated the same and added that "we gave you a discount" still $ 3.80 over coupon. Meal was already made so we paid. Called customer service number and they said they had no control over individual franchises and would have a regional manager call me, that was on 11/23 22 still no call (11/30/22). My choice was to waste the food or pay more. They could have at least told me before they processed the order and no apology was given, now I'm looking to see which franchises are owned by this owner so I can avoid them instead of all WENDY'S.
