Dear Weight Watchers Canada,

I am writing to address a matter of grave concern regarding unauthorized charges that have been debited from my PayPal account by your organization.

Upon reviewing my financial records, I have noticed recurring charges totaling $1312.10 from Weight Watchers Canada. While I may have explored information about your program, Notably, I have never accessed my account or logged in to your system.

Additionally, it is important to highlight that, despite the purported charges, I have not received any bills or invoices from Weight Watchers Canada. The lack of billing communication adds to the confusion and raises further questions about the legitimacy of these transactions.

Given this situation, I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into these charges, along with a full refund of the wrongfully deducted funds. The absence of an agreement, coupled with the lack of any usage on my part and the non-receipt of bills, compounds the seriousness of this issue.

I request that you review the activity on my account, and I am confident that such an examination will confirm my assertions. I expect your prompt cooperation in rectifying this matter within14 days from the date of this letter. Failure to resolve this issue will leave me with no choice but to explore legal avenues to recover the wrongfully charged funds.
