I am currently in recovery from losing my fianc? and having postpartum depression along with the baby fat that goes along with having a newborn. Needless to say I put on a few pounds and have never been so upset about my weight.

As I was scrolling thru Pinterest looking for new workout routines for new moms and meal planning I came across the 28-day wall Pilates challenge and I was intrigued right away. I clicked on the link and I filled out the BetterMe questionnaire and it came up with a workout regimen customized to me and my needs as a new full time mom. I don't have to go out and buy any equipment or yoga mats. All I have to do is take time for myself each day and click on the routine set up for me in the comfort of my own home. Along with eating healthy and the reminders sent to my phone to log in my meals and water intake, BetterMe also recommends to take time each night, if I have the chance, to read to keep up with my brain health as well! If I need a little motivation to stay on track they give you the option to pay for a 1-on1 coach to help me with my fitness journey.

BetterMe is exactly what I needed to get my butt off of the couch and onto the floor with their wall Pilates. It's easy and convenient, not to mention there's zero threat and intimidation that goes along with going to the gym.

I am 76 years old and have more important issues to focus on than monitoring this company's behavior. I have reported to paypal, Discover and my bank. I've also unsubscribed, emailed BetterMe to stop the emails of solicits and they continue to flood me with coaches and sales pitches. I got duped upfront by telling me to respond with this number above the line in an effort to get a response. I did that and they started to charge me for something I haven't a clue I purchased. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM ANY CONTACTS.

I have tried contacting everyone regarding this. No one is replying. I installed Better me app to try out and subscribed for a small subscription. After authorizing the payment i got few more confusing questions and then all of a sudden i got an alert from my bank saying a big amount got deducted. To see they have subscribed me to a coach. immediately i unsubscribed and requested for a refund. Then i got a mail saying i should unsure from everything in order to process. So i did. And mailed them so many times.

i signed up to this app from an advert off Instagram.

Paid for the trial period but when i came to use the app I encountered a glitch where it said it did not recognise my account.

I contacted support they said they couldn't find my account on the email address I was using. When I replied they did not answer. This happened twice.

I then got busy with work and forgot to follow up. Now a new charge has gone off my card for $50. i've contacted support again and there is no answer.

it's clearly a scam

BetterMe is ABSOLUTELY disgusting! They scam people! After cancelation of the auto-payment process/subscription, they continue to charge and refuses to give a refund. When you message them, they give nonsense responses blaming users, when their system is the problem.

We started the trial period on October 2nd. On October 28th we were charged full cost. However, when we canceled on November 11th, they charge us again on November 25th.

Dealing with their customer service is horrible and they're refusing to refund the payment.

They have not replied to my support ticket in a week. I am adamant that I cancelled my "auto-renew" subscription but apparently it looks like it continued. They have taken over £60 from my card and will not respond to multiple support tickets raised. I am unsure of the next step as they seem to be one of those companies that just hide behind an inbox and have no actual way to speak to a human over the phone (to resolve it in less than a minute)

At a loss and at a time when that money is very much needed

I have on numerous occasions cancelled my program with this company,on the 7th of October 2023, the same day that I,by accident paid 2 amounts, verified by my bank, paid money to the wrong company.

I have send numerous emails to them, explaining my mistake and they just don't care.

It's the one excuse after another without any solutions or refund,for which I am entitled to.

I am about to contact the Fraud department of my bank,as they simply just ignore me.

This has been going on for over a month,100% , trying from my side.

They simply ignore my plight for help and they refuse to refund me.

I have received nothing but disgusting service and greed for money.

I do not recommend any person to do business with them.

I have even send my bank statements twice,to prove to them that I paid the amount on the 7th of October, realized my mistake and immediately contacted them.

This is disgraceful service.

I subscribe to one of their service for a specific period for amount SGD 24.99.

Now, they have been charging me since last two months SGD 49.99 without my authorization.

I never subscribed to their recurring subscription, still they continue to charge my credit card.

This month I saw my credit card transaction details, and got to know about the recurring charge.

Please refund the money and CANCEL my subscription.

I signed up for a free trial of a BetterMe app and canceled before the trial date. I received a confirmation email stating my account and subscription had been canceled. My debit card has since been charged 4 months in a row and every time I have emailed the company and been told the subscription is no longer active. Each month, I’ve had to jump through hoops to get the unauthorized charges refunded. This company should be shut down.

I was looking at there website and was going to join so entered my details. I decide not to at the moment due to being in hospital. I pressed the wrong button and subscribed by mistake. I contacted them immediately and got an email back that no they wouldn’t sue to contact terms. Their contact terms were confusing. I want my refund back asap how do I get it back at it was a genuine error in subscribing

Yes in august I signed up for 7 day trial. I cancelled with in time frame, then this month I got charged again. Reached out to your customer support, ice 25 times with all my information, such as my email: [protected]@yahoo.com - how you charged me thru PayPal and sent copies of invoice that you people charge me! What more proof do u need? I want this resolved and my money back! What a poor company!

I got charged $43.88 from this company today, and they advised they will not be refunding me as they're saying my account is still active which it is not. They told me the steps to take in order to cancel the subscription is by putting my email address into the account section on their site which I could not do because it says it does not recognize my email, because clearly it is not an active account.

All I want is for this account to be closed on their end and to be refunded this amount back into my account.

This was an accidental purchase on Tuesday, 9/26/23. I’ve tried to contact them twice asking for a refund. I inquired about this exactly 6 mins after it was accidental purchase. I got an automated email with this ID 6549303 and they stated they would do their best to get back with me. In my opinion they are a scam because once you pay you can’t get pass anything without them trying and to make you purchase other programs, etc.

Since July 2023 I have been requesting to cancel my BetterMe subscription and presently 5 x additional payments have been taken from my PayPal account.

I have never used this service - not even trial subscription.

Please response to my complaint - this matter has remained ignored by BetterMe Customer Service since August?!

I cancelled my subscription and a payment was taken out. No phone number to get through on, email bounced back. I'm trying again to other emails addresses. They get you get there, and that's where it ends. Where is the customer service.

I've just tried to submit this and it's telling me it's too short, really how much more can I say, you've taken money out of my credit card that should not of happened. I would like to be refunded.
