Hi all,

**I HAVE BEEN GRANTED A FULL REFUND 3 MONTHS AFTER SIGN UP**

As several of you are reporting I also signed up to the BetterMe program thinking it was a months trial at a discounted rated and ended up with it automatically renewing and not realising and I didn't use it even once.

As soon as I signed up I tried to download the App but couldn't due to a phone issue, following which I tried to find how to cancel the subscription to get a refund and could figure it out so basically just gave up and though, hey, it was cheap for one month I can live with losing that money.

Anyhow, 2 month renewal later I realise that I am being charged monthly.

I contacted them via [protected]@betterme.world. I very politely requested that they cancel my subscription and provide me with a full refund, and explained the situation. They responded with an automated looking message within an hour stating that I had exceeded the refund period etc and that was it. I responded straight away with the following:

"Thank you for your fast response.

The process to cancel this subscription (although confirmed as completed now) is unnecessarily complicated. Plus there is no notification prior to the automatic renewal or payment is taken. The whole thing feels very much like a scam. If you are not prepared to issue me with a full refund I will be raising this as a fraudulent transaction with my bank and also be taking other legal advice.

I await your response."

Again they responded within an hour GRANTING ME A FULL REFUND which should be with me in 5 - 10 days.
