Since last year 5 times my scooter is went to two service centers for complaint of rat bit on cables. In the Kasarwadawali Thane Service center, my job was not recorded also at first cases and at the second time it recorded the job work.
since last a month three time again rat bit cases are happened, now Because of Kasarwadawali refuse to take bike and ask to reach Airoli Service centre due to staff shortage. the scotter went to Airoli Service centre. this team also temporarily made something to scotter two time and today again it is not working. Airoli Service centre this time billed to me the charges of Rs. 1387 with bill number 254 from DIVA;s Motor Airoli Service centreSector 9.
now this team also raised his hand and asked me to raise it to Yamaha customer service.
This is completely Yamaha scooter design issue, where BS6 vehicle is completely dependent on electrical wiring it is to be kept protected in side the Scotter. we cannot keep saying it is not Yamaha control to Rat does not bit it.
I am tired of it since a 6 month such case is not resolved yet.
I need strong support here or get returned Yamaha Scotter and returned my money.
