We need to talk urgently to some body about this.

Dental Insurance
My husband had to leave his job due to a diagnosis of cancer. He simply could not work construction outside and deal with 9 months of chemo and radiation and so we continued our dental insurance through Ceridian Cobra. This is supposed to allow you an additional 18 months of insurance. During the last few months of the 18 we moved to a different home and Ceridian was notified of the new address. In fact, during the last 2 months of our coverage they had been sending me invoices to my new address. Then, in the last month of the coverage they reached back and sent my last invoice to the old address which caused it to swirl around in the postal system until it got to me too late to pay my last months bill. I talked to their customer service 8 different times right after receiving this invoice because my husband and I had, of course, gone to the dentist and had work done in the last month knowing our coverage would be over soon. The dental office called the insurance and was informed that we were covered. Now, I find out that I have not been covered during that last month and I am sure we will be sent bills for out of pocket for all the work after paying on insurance for 17 months. Ceridian bills are hard to read and their service is terrible. I would not recommend this avenue for anyone. I feel that they prey on folks who are down on their luck and out of work. If I had any idea that we would not have been covered we would not have gone to the doctor. Now, they all say there is no recourse. Who in America will not take your payment 2 days after the due date when you are vehemently trying to pay a bill? Their reasoning is that the federal govt has very strict guidelines on grace period dates. I guess there are not strict guidelines on how the billing is done.
They lost $1000 of my money
Claims never paid to me. They said they made deposit to a unknown account. I was told to find the bank account and ask the bank to send me my money. Ceridian will not tell me any info about the bank. I never asked for direct deposit! I once was told my check was in the mail. Some of my claims have been denied, Ceridian wants complete medical records added with copy of reciepts from all claims. $250 was lost in 2009, $750 in 2010, and about $250 this year. I'm unable to work now . With 2 surgeries, six stays in the hospitals. I need to pay my medical bills.now.

Flex Spending Account
Back in June I purchased a prescription medicine from a Canadian Pharmacy because the drug is not available in the U.S., Ceridian sent me a letter requesting the receipt for the prescription, so I sent them the receipt and a copy of the Dr's prescription slip. A couple of weeks later they sent me a denial letter and said that I would need to have Dr's statement signed by the physician if I wish to have the claim reconsidered. I called them and they told me to download the form off of their website which I did. I had the form completed by the physician and mailed it in.
A couple weeks later I was trying to purchase another prescription at my local pharmacy and discovered that the flex benefits card had been deactivated. I called Ceridian and was told that the reason it was deactivated was because the physicians statement was not in their format. After arguing with an off shore call center man for about 20 minutes I finally convinced him that the form was downloaded off of Ceridian's website. He said the claim would be resubmitted for reconsideration. A week or so later they sent me a letter denying the claim. In the letter they requested I send a pharmacy generated receipt in order to have the claim reconsidered. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. Now every single usage of my Flex benefits card when it's active is followed up by Ceridian sending me a request for receipt. Even office visits to the Dr.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the exact same experience. Nightmare -- every charge results in denial, denial, denial. Resubmit, resubmit, resubmit. and calls to company.
I submitted a 700 receipt for my portion of a crown, along with dental receipt. It's very clear the amount is what I paid. They still deny. Now they want an EOB from Dental Insurance Company. This has been going on for 5 months and I'm no longer with dental insurance provider.
Why do we have to jump through hoops to get our money? I have a repeated service performed - finally get one claim approved and they continue to deny every one after even though supporting documentation is EXACTLY the same. Every charge (other than prescriptions) results in me having to resubmit documentation multiple times, then having to make a few calls.
----- Next year, I will not be participating in flex spending. It's just way to hard to use it.
Ceridian has done the same thing to my account and my wife's account. It appears they are intentionally trying to deny every claim. I have never had a $10 co pay go throughout without having to upload a receipt. Forget mailing anything to them, they conveniently loose ever single receipt. I have found the only way to Dael with them is to upload every receipt and always ask for an itemized printout of your services. You will probably need it after they deny your receipt for not enough information. This company needs to be turned into every state attorney general they operate in. Come on Ceridian do you really need receipts and detailed itemizations on 100% of doctors visits! Ceridian has made it so miserable that I will never do flexible spending again. They denied a claim on my wife which she mail proof 3x. They are now holding her 2013 $1, 000 hostage for $80 dispute in 2011. Forget a call to the call center. They are in a different country and it is obvious they are paid to bird dog you.
Terminated my Ins coverage
I paid my monthly payment for my Cobra benefit to Ceridian in June as I have for the past several months since I became elegible for Cobra. They cashed my check but did not give me credit for it and terminated my insuance coverage. I faxed them a copy of my cancelled check obained from the bank. They continue to deny me coverage and state that they don't know why it happned and there is nothing they can do abot it. They have my money but refuse to reinstate my insurance coverage. I have spent hours on the phone with them and neverget anywhere. Who do I turn to now ?
They refused to pay me refund and said my check was sent to another account. What a stupid lies, don't trust them!
I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A REFUND OF $249.42.
I never received it.

Just as an fyi, you have the right to document your complaints to a specific government agency within the State you currently live. The government office is the" Department of Banking and Insurance" (DOBI). I worked for health insurance carrier for 18 years, and I can tell you that they will jump, when these inquires are sent to them. There are Federal Mandates that apply to the inquires sent from the DOBI to your health care carrier, in fines that hurt there wallet. It also looks very bad for the health insurance carrier, previous employers, and Ceridan, to have these issues documented. Ultimately regardless if Ceridian is providing the service, the complaint needs to be documented under your former employer as this is there responsibility. Ceridian is basically contracted by your previous employers to get rid of your Cobra, and not extend it. Your previous employer doesn't want to be responsible for Cobra. That is the bottom line.
Cobra Complaints [protected] Loretta Guess I am requesting that my insurance be reinstated because I didn't get my payment until after the first if the month and I had a credit and even sent a extra payment...My check was sent back to me because it was only one day late...Please reinstate my insurance...
They are frauds! They are the worst to deal with. No customer service and no idea what they are doing. My coverage was terminated and I have been trying to contact them with no answers and now I dont have coverage. They did not notify me until 45 days past the termination day.
Lack of Customer Service
Open enrollment for 2010 has created another account ID with Ceridian with a monthly payment higher than what I was paying in Novermber of 2009. When I spoke to them on 1-11-10 I brought that to their attention and she (Cheryl) told me that they were going to research it and make sure that was deleted from the system.
Today 1/14/10 when my husbands medical supplies were not shipped because the insurance had been cancelled I called Ceridian and Valeria told me that they had cancelled my insurance until they received the payment which I told her why because on the bill there is a grace period, so when she researched it more she told me that I was rehired by GE and I said NO, so finally she told me because they are researching the matter of another account ID opened they had to cancel the insurance, which I found that quite unreasonable. Ceridian made the mistake and I'm paying for it. My husband needs the coverage at all time because he is a cancer patient and has a stoma.
I am very disappointed with CERIDIAN and I can't believe that it takes 3 days to have something researched mostly when they are the ones that created the problem.

Failure to pay on HSA claim
I submitted my HSA (Healthcare Spending Account) claims on Dec. 21st, 2009 for $2700+ on their website and followed up the same day, with faxes of the claims documents. The faxed claims were received and shown as cleared to be paid. I received what should have been the check today. Except that the check text was printed on plain paper and not in the check area.
Are they failing to pay many people expeditiously? Is this a practice they have, to slow payout?
They are much slower than the company we previously did business with. It has been two weeks since I submitted the claims and now, with the faux check, I wonder how much longer it will take to receive my money. My company has a contracted amount of time in which Ceridian must pay HSA claims.
I also went to fill a prescription on Dec. 31st and the pharmicist's clerk said the claim was being rejected by Ceridian. Ceridian, being the payor company, for my company (which is a healthcare insurance system). I called Ceridian on the phone, while at the pharmacy, and the claims person told me that my account showed itself as having a termination date of 12/23/2009. He claimed that he couldn't do anything about it. That would be a week short of the time the insurance should have been in force. That would mean that I was denied 1/50th of the amount of prescription coverage I should have had.
I guess I will report Ceridian's behavior to compliance at my company. And complain to HR, with a CC to upper management. And I will think about filing a complaint with the Insurance Board of California. All because I wonder if they are slow paying a large number of claimants .
I strongly suggest that those of you who have had trouble with Ceridian file complaints with the Insurance Board of California. Or the insurance board of whatever state you happen to be in. Ceridian is much more afraid of the insurance boards then they are of you. While investigating the complain they will straighten out their paperwork and put things "right". Always document everything.
Anytime you talk to someone at an insurance company, on the phone, and they say they are recording the conversation, you can record the conversation. It is your legal right, in every state. You do not even need to inform the person you are speaking to, their warning serves to place the conversation on record and you are entitled to make a copy of the record. Anytime you send a fax, save the fax confirmation sheet. Anytime you send an insurance company anything by mail, make copies of the document you mailed, send it certified and pay for the green return receipt (which the mailperson tears off and returns to you at the time they deliver the mail to the company). Number your pages, in faxes and in mailing ( example, Page 1 of 12, page 2 of 12, etc. ). I hand write the page numbers before making the copy I will keep.
It is amazing how inefficient insurance companies can be. I have had claims processors fail to mail claims payments entirely. I've had them state that they didn't receive the doucuments I sent. Until I informed them that I had the green return reciept, at which point they looked for, and found, the documents. There is nothing like certainty when dealing with an insurance company.

Horrific Customer Service
Ceridian is the most inept company I've ever dealt with.
My husband lost his job on 9/4/09. Because I am on life sustaining medication (Type 1 diabetic) we completed our COBRA paperwork at the first available opportunity. We paid electronically (to speed things up) on 9/21/09 and the funds were taken out of our bank account on 9/24/09. Yet, when checking on Ceridian's site to see if our money was received and our coverage was in effect, there was no indication that any payment had been received. Numerous phone calls later, an "urgent update ticket" was opened on October 1st. Unfortunately, because of the way the Ceridian agent opened the ticket, on 10/5/2009 our payment FINALLY posted, but although we had paid through 11/5/2009, our account reflected that we only had paid for coverage through 10/4/2009. So, effective 10/5/2009, our account showed we were paid through... 10/4/2009.
THEN, came the matter of Ceridian communicating with UHC that payment had been received. Again, during the 10/1/2009 "emergency/Urgent update" ticket call, I was assured UHC would have everything they needed to show we had coverage with 24 to 48 business hours. During yet another follow-up call AFTER the 48 business hour mark passed, in which a really nice Ceridian supervisor (Patty) got involved, I had both Ceridian AND UHC on the phone together so they could share needed information so that our coverage could resume. (UHC even got us to a special department who could handle this) but, unfortunately, Patty wasn't able to access all of the information UHC needed to process the urgent request. (Only Ceridian's Eligibility Department has that data...) She said she'd research it, get the info, and get back to me in 2 hours.
After no word, four hours later, I placed yet another follow-up call. Account Supervisor Melanie was the rudest thing I've ever dealt with. She talked to me like I was an idiot and said things like, "Well, it's late in the day, YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED EARLIER IN THE DAY..." (What?!) I explained that this was a follow-up to a conversation that took place 4 hours ago which was a follow up to the EMERGENCY UPDATE TICKET that was opened -- again, because I am on life sustaining mediation -- on 10/1/2009. She was SO put out when she said, "It typically takes us 2 - 4 weeks to process information, but it takes 24-48 BUSINESS hours to process emergency request." When I pointed out that it had been well over 48 business hours since the 10/1/2009 emergency ticket was opened, she repeated that I had just talked to supervisor Patty "a couple of hours (it was over 4 hours) ago". I repeated the dates. So, dear Melanie, in the most condescending, you're-an-idiot tone imaginable, speaking slowly as though I was mentally impaired, loudly and firmly said, "Ma'am, we have a process. We have to wait for UHC to get us information." I explained that, during the three-way calls I'd had with Ceridian and UHC just four hours previous, that it was determined that CERIDIAN needed to get UHC information. She completely changed her story and then said it was all my husband's employers fault. She rattled off crap that she pulled out of no where that did not match ANYTHING I had been told by either company. She also said, "We JUST got your payment on 9/28", although I was sitting there looking at the screen which showed they got it on 9/21 and cashed it on 9/24, which was information that CERIDIAN employees had already confirmed... she just MADE stuff up, again, all the while talking to me like I was the biggest ### that ever lived.
SO... yesterday they finally corrected things to show I was paid through 11/4/2009 but, guess what, they STILL have not sent the information that UHC needs to UHC. I called Ceridian YET AGAIN this morning only to have an agent answer the phone and in their best "try to make this sound like a recording" voice, announced that their system was down and to please call back later. After the agent read the spiel, I asked if he could transfer me to Supervisor Patty. "I can't. With our system down, I don't know who Patty is. Please can you call back in an hour?"
Horrific, horrific, horrific. Neither my husband NOR I have EVER been unemployed for a day, and to our astonishment, we are BOTH unemployed at this time. It is over a month since he lost his job, and although we are (finally) showing paid through 11/4/2009, we cannot use any of our medical or prescription benefits. It's too bad, after talking to a couple of wonderful, COURTEOUS Ceridian reps (John, Patty) that a SUPERVISOR (who HAS to know just how much the company fails due to the sheer number of complaints she must get) would be so ridiculously inept.
To all of you corporate employers out there who are looking for a third party vendor out there to handle your employees benefits, look somewhere else, because Ceridian sucks.
Signed,
An ex VP of International Operations

I am having the same problem. Ceridian is a horrible company!
cobra
We read alot lately in the news about people not taking their medication and then they go out and do horrible things. I wonder why they do not take their meds, is their story like mine, someone who is trying desperately to take her medication and all I get is closed doors in trying to get it. I am on cobra since 06/01/09 I received my forst invoice mid July and made the 1st payment by UPS on 07/21/09. The cobra invoice states you have a 31 day timeframe to make a payment. I went to get my generic effoxor and generic lamitical on 08/05/09 and was told you was to have made the payment prior to using services. I called Ceredian my cobra company and I was told that it is the decision of your former employer Kaiser Permanente not to give you services before we receive payment. I went to medicaid and was told since you have applied for social security disability we cannot assist you. When i went to the county i was informed of a 6 week wait before you can see a dr who can prescribe meds. I called my provider at Kaiser who informs she she would sign a voucher for Kaiser to give me my meds but could not sign the paperwork from the companies who provide free meds because that is against Kaiser policy. I called the Patient Business Office for Kaiser and left a message as to what the dr said. She called me back and stated the pharmacy would get back to me and i am still waiting. If you are wondering why I do not have a job. I went out on short term disability and had a total knee replacement while I was out. Kaiser let me go stating it was a voluntary resignation because i did not come back when my fmla ran out although I had documentation showing I was in a Inpatient Rehab Facility (Laurel Springs) at the time. As you can see I have tried so many avenues and each time I get the door shut in my face. I have had heart bypass surgery, I am a insulin dependant diabetic, I am bipolar, I had my hip replaced I will pay my cobra but can only pay the 3rd week of the month.
If these people who are not taking their meds are going thru anything like what i am going thru. I fell sorry for them and understand.

I'm having same type problem. Ceridian not telling my insurance provider I've paid my premium ($407 a month), consequently I'm not able to get my meds until about 2 weeks have lapsed and I'm off meds by then. Insurance, especially Ceridian/COBRA is a rip off.
Customer Service
Ceridian Cobra, has got to be the worse company I have ever dealt with..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! For 2 months I have been mailing, express mailing, faxing information to them and for some reason they can never find the paperwork that..I had sent, (expressed mailed with a return receipt) so I started e-mailing, with only one response back at which time I thought everything was corrected, but it was not, and I continue to get incorrect premium invoices, there accounting dept is beyond anything I have ever encountered, it has been 2 months and as of this date my account information is still incorrect, checking online they now have me down as canceling my coverage, which I have NOT done, so tomorrow I will be on the phone with another incompent phone person..Total disaster, I don't understand how a company can stay in business with an accounts dept that can not bill correctly, how they balance their books is beyond me! Terrible company...

I previously worked for an employer who uses Ceridian Benefits to process their tuition reimbursement program. Ceridian has repeatedly lost my information, bounces me around from literally country to country for their "customer service reps" to handle my case, and has not been able to supply me with an adequate answer to my questions. I am now trying to work with my former HR person at my former company to get this resolved, and I am seriously considering taking Ceridian to court for their negligence.
I would highly recommend that you NEVER use Ceridian. I spent over 5 weeks getting them to update DELTA DENTAL. Every person acted like they had no clue as to what to do. They would claim to take notes and then when I call to check up they could never find the notes. My former employers HR Department indicated that their customer service has went downhill. I am not sure who they hire, but they appear to have no clue as to what their job is. I have NEVER been more frustrated. My son needed to use the dental insurance and of course they could not even help! My husband and I waited on hold for over 50 minutes one nice to talk to a supervisor and then all the sudden the rep came back on the line and said he left for the night. I have worked in corporate america for over 17 years and they have been the worst.
While trying to bridge the gap between employeers (5 weeks), I have gone round and round with Ceridian. Although they are completely incompetent and possibly criminal in intent, I must blame my former employer for choosing them. I believe that their stalling methods somehow achieve the results that both employers and Ceridian desire. I never was invoiced or paid them and have simply paid my medical expenses out of pocket for the period without coverage. I somehow imagine that I am not through with them yet.
I've been trying for 2 months to get Ceridian to send an update to Delta so they can pay a covered claim. I've spent HOURS on the phone and have gotten no where. They claim they send the information to Delta but Delta mysteriously never receives it. So I asked Ceridian to fax and email and snail mail ME the information and I would forward to Delta and I STILL have received nothing. It's more than obvious they're running a scam because they take your money which makes you "think" you have coverage, but then they never forward the information to the insurance carrier so the insurance carrier can not pay the claim. I'm beyond frustrated but have no choice but to continue to make my daily calls to them while beating my head against the wall.
Wow, I send documentation, they respond via email that the received it and I think all is good. 2 months later I need to use my benefits for my daughter and find out she's not covered. Call Ceridian and see whats up, they tell me they never received the supporting documentation. I said I have a confirmation email from you guys that says just the opposite. Call back an hour later to get a status update and *POOF* That rep is able to find it within about 10 seconds before I finished telling her my problem.
On a 1 to 10 scale, 1 is too high for Ceridian.
I am now a part of the Ceridian Cobra nightmare. After paying $4000 (retroactive for 3 months), we are still not getting any benefits. First it takes forever for them to get our mail, then it takes 20 days to process and let health care providers know that we are covered. By this time, the month is over and we were not able to use coverage at all and the next payment is due and the cycle goes on. One day somebody is going to die from lack of medication, care or stress, Ceridian won't care because they have your money anyways.
Ditto all the above TERRIBLE comments...my husband and I have been dealing with this company since March 1, 2010 and have repeatedly called, emailed, faxes, and BEGGED! They are a scam--never updated my COBRA status with BCBS of Tennessee, cashed over $2, 700 in checks, and tonight (after approximately ten phone calls over the past few months) am now on hold for 8:58 minutes to try once again to straighten out this mess. They no longer administer the COBRA account of the company that I once worked for and they are STILL BILLING ME OVER $800 a month!
Please do not use this company--call me Annette Bratcher at [protected] in Murfreesboro, TN, and I will tell you their method of operation. They are a SCAM in one of the most important aspects of your life. Tomorrow morning I will be on the phone with whatever agency in Florida deals with insurance.
This is a heads up to apprise you of a corporate conspiracy between Ceridian, a COBRA administrator and companies that contract with them. By delaying you beyond the 63 days, the company is not on the hook to provide COBRA health insurance.
1. Ceridian delays up to a month or more to send the benefit selection package after you terminate your employer.
2. Ceridian "loses" the insurance selection pages and because you have only 63 days to sign up for COBRA, you have to resend them (I both sent and faxed them). Always mail registered and signature required to these inept (on purpose) bunglers.
3. Ceridian then says that you "incorrectly" filled out the COBRA selections page but will not tell you what was missing or incorrect - and the 63 day clock ticks on. (Note - I've filled out selection pages before and mine were perfect.)
4. Even once corrected or resent, Ceridian then delays (or in my case does not send the invoice at all) sending the invoice to activate the health insurance. Voila! You missed the 63 day window and your company saves a bundle and you are not insured.
5. Ceridian NEVER responds to your questions except to assign a case number. Each query gets another case number but no resolution. At least they cheerfully ignore you.
6. Might as well buy a bridge insurance plan elsewhere - all Ceridian will do is drive you crazy. I finally ended up getting a disaster policy on my own. Now if you need a HIPAA letter for credible coverage - dream on. Ceridian will never send it. Neither will your insurance company if their contract with your previous employer to have Ceridian send it. Ceridian does not even deserve a 1 on a 1 to 5 scale.
Ceridian/COBRA is not insurance.. they are a 3rd party administrator that forwards your payment back to your employer. who then forwards it over to your carrier..(maybe).A lot of the problem is..companies go through different admin... While Ceridian is forwarding updates to your employer... They are receiving them and filing them away...hmmm whats this? looks important..and then files them away.. in the meantime.. that "urgent update" that you are waiting so patiently for is soon forgotten... ...Before you talk about a company.. maybe you should do a little research and so who indeed is the route of all evil.
ceridaian is a rrip-off
scams don`t buy this insurance they will cancell you any time after you been paying then for a long period.
COBRA Services
Ceridian is by far the "Worst" company I have ever dealt with. They are coordinating COBRA services for a company my wife used to work with until the economy hit the skids. I mailed them a check on July 6th for the amount they billed to continue health insurance. Two days later I got another bill for a higher amount with absolutely no explanation for the increase. Finally, July 23rd, someone in my household tries to use our health insurance but is denied. I contacted Ceridian on the 24th and they tell me they have no record of receiving my payment, but if they received it they would have processed it in 2 days. Suddenly, that evening the payment is credited to my account - but I still hve no health insurance because they raised my cost and so they didn't get enough money from me they tell me.
I called them yesterday to try to get this cleared up. The customer service agent merely repeated to me many times that I still owe them more money and they won't do anything until I send it to them - she told me this over and over and over... I explained to her it was their fault they sent me the incorrect amount and that they took more than 2 weeks to credit my account for the money I already sent them. Her response - send us a check.
I insisted on talking to a supervisor, then explained the situation to her. Her response - send her the additional money plus my next payment and she will let the insurance company know and we might be covered in 2-3 WEEKS. But they won't do anything until they receive the new amount. I explained to her Ceridian's errors again, so she explained to me again that if I send Ceridian the money they might help me get coverd in 2-3 weeks. She told me this over and over and over...
Obviously, there are NO BENEFITS working with Ceridian. They are one of the top companies to try to kick you while you are down in this economy. They take the term "NO SERVICE" to a whole new level. CERIDIAN NO SERVICE - no thank you.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
MicheleFlat you said it, people have NO idea, and Ceridian doesn't cancel an individual because of a deficiency in payment, they are cancelled because they DON'T remit a full and timely premium payment. COBRA says a full and timely premium payment must be SENT and RECEIVED with a postmark that was on or before your grace period expiration date. blahblah6958 you are correct in the statement if your payment is short starting at 10% up to $50 you may be cancelled, if the balance is not received postmarked on or before the grace period expiration date. An individual is provided another 30 days to remit the shortfall, they get cancelled when COBRA DOES NOT receive the balance postmarked on or before that grace date!
How long does it take for COBRA to kick in? Made 3 payments of $900, which was deposited immediately by Ceridian, to find out that I am not still covered thru BCBS. Can anyone help? Ceridian put thru now 2 emergency requests to BCBS with references #'s, should I believe them? Or BCBS? Need help!
You people have NO IDEA. Ceridian doesn't automatically increase premium, your employer or carrier tells them to.. You have an issue with your COBRA administrator.. contact your prior employer ...they are the route to all your issues. Your updates get sent to them ( per contract) and your prior employer sits on their [censor] and does nothing. Before you start blaming the middle man... maybe you should investigate a little...
Ditto for me, my payment was .98 short. I got a quick invoice of .98. I thought no problem I will make up the difference in the next regular Full payment. Instead I got a letter of cancelation. I called and was told they could cancel me for being ONE PENNY SHORT. I attempted to appeal my case and got a letter of denial. I found out the policy was - if your payment was short starting at 10% up to $50 that you might be canceled. When I called in to talk to them about their statement to me contradicting their policy, they looped me back into the fact that I failed to remit the .98 within the grace period and that ... well... in effect, your out of luck DUDE!.
So I have written to the California Department of Insurance for assistance. Its seems to me that according to their own policy they should really have added that .98 onto my next statement in the next billing cycle. Something SMELLS regarding how they are implementing this program and Im hoping the California Dpt. of Insurance can help me clear this up.
Makes me wonder if there is a class action law suite buried in here somewhere.
I am having the same problems. Ceridian and my former employer are doing all they can to try and boot us from Cobra using the same tactics listed in other complaints on this board. Has anyone figured out who to raise these complaints too? If so, I would please appreciate if someone would post on this board. My wife needs her meds and we are becoming very stressed and suspicious of this COBRA coverage. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
I too have been getting the run around by Ceridian to say the least. I sent Ceridian the amount due for Cobra. I was shocked when the drug store informed me that my insurance had been canceled, so I called Ceridian and they stated it was a billing error on their part and should be resolved in a couple of days. The representative stated that as soon as the error was corrected, Ceridian could notify my Insurance company and I would be able to get my prescription...that was 3 weeks ago and many more fruitless calls to ceridian, and still...no prescription and no insurance coverage. The representatives always saying the same thing over and over and over again...they kept giving extremely vague, senseless excuses. There is absolutely no reasoning with them. It is obvious something very SHADY is going on with Ceridian. CERIDIAN DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED.
I just posted my complaint on here re unethical billling by Ceridian...we also were billed and then for some reason they "adjusted" our amt by .3 cents...then cancelled us for non payment of the .3cents! It kept us with in gov. guidelines for "non paymnt"...BIG SCAM GOING ON HERE. And like you...we still have no idea why we owed an additional .3cents? We are going to the media re this company and exposing their scams...I think they want to bump people who qualified for the stimulus...or maybe its bigger than that...but...I urge every one out there who has had probs with unethical practices by Ceridian to comment on here so we can copy them all when we present this case to the investigators! Thanks
