This outfit is operating like ebay where acounts can be set up, it allows fraudulent transactions, A person will open an account or several account post some crap or product picture, use this site to transfer money from pay pal, credit cards, bank accounts, by logging in under a different outfit and buy the product them selves, the money comes out of the victims accounts at pay pal or comes on the credit card bill etc or the money is draind out of bankaccount using hacked info to access credit cards, pay pal etc.. This company is chinese so therefore with it being chinese it is a rip off unless you are a crook that wants to steal money, then this site is for you because it is just a crooked and supports all fraud activity probably gives bonus points for the busiest fraudster.. Avoid this and all chinese sites and chinese products just like you try to avoid the black plague

Dhgate.com is a Chinese wholesale website. Dhgate is full of counterfeited products. Sellers may list what they want and list whatever quantity they want. Sellers can send you a totally different product and will eventually end up wining dhgate's crappy dispute centre.
Dhgate is slow to respond to emails. Dhgate is slow to respond to disputes. Dhgate doesn't not seem to care about any of their customers. They will make no effort to contact you or try to resolve your issues unless you use legal threats.
Save yourself months of headaches and unanswered emails. Stay away from dhgate.com. You can search the internet and find many many unsatisfied customers.

Hi , I got signed out of my DHgate account. And it says "Your Account has been closed " everytime I attempt to sign back into my account.
I made several purchases and need to reply back to the sellers and track the sending process .
I was in the middle of responding to one of the sellers about an incorrect shoe size.
I checked my bank account and the money has already been taken out of my account from DHgate.
My account has been closed after making a purchase. They claim it’s due to security reasons like I literally only bought one item what could I have done that warranted them

Complete liars. Gaming pc don't play one single game. I won the dispute then they change their mind and ask me to wire the computer like I know how.
I bought a gaming pc that does not play one single game. I filed a dispute and won and then they went back on their word. Why don't they have to honor what they said? Complete joke. I don't build computers that's not my job.

Price for every products is $95, so 4 x $95 is a LOT of money for me.
I opened dispute for all faulty products, they ask for pictures, videos, shipping label and other impossible things just to protect their seller!
Finally after almost one month and tons of emails all case closed without any solution for me as buyer.

If you are tempted to order from DH Gate, do your self a favor and just walk away. I am a writer and I was offered a job to try D H gate and report back the results. I read all of D H Gate's pilicies and protection guidelines and felt sure I would have a positive experience. I order my little replica bag, which was advertised as AAAAA quality. I received the bag about 2 weeks later. The bag was horrible so i decided I would return the bag, i signed on to my DH Gate account and tried to open a return case. On their site you are given the run around over and over. If this dont wear you out and you actually do get access to the return/contact seller page, you are far from getting to return your package. I emailed the seller 11 days strait in a row. I clearly stated i wanted a refund and i would return the package. I was told it was to expensive for me to ship the bag, i would have to pay customs fees and it was a very complicated process, better to just keep the bag. It just so happens I lived in Asia 20 years, i am very familar with the mail system, customs and extra fees. I explained to the seller that i had friends whose husbands rotated every 30 days to and from China and the package could be hand carried and mailed within china, no customs fees or anything else. It was like emailing a broken tape recorder machine. No matter what i stated are ask for in my 11 emails i always got the same response, " why you not like the bag, beter you just keep" over and over and over. Absolutly forget DH Gate helping you. I tried over and over to open a case. Customer service is like the same broken tape recorder, " we will answer in 24 hours", never once did they answer. The only time i heard from customer service was when they notified me they released my payment to the seller. So this assignment was very easy to give an honest first hand experience with DH Gate. STAY AWAY. DH Gate does not honor or stand behind any of the statements they put out about returns, refunds, solving problems or getting back to you. The sellers speak very little english, dont have the first clue about quality and the chances of you getting your money back is absolutely ZERO.

This place is a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company!
I was ensured that a dress that I ordered would me here by July 4th BEFORE I ordered my dress! Promotionspace (a DHGATE seller who has a 6th year Recommended Supplier with 6453 Transactions and 99% Positive Feedback posted on the DHGATE website...HOW THEY EARNED A SCORE OF 99% IS BEYOND ME AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) ensured me that I would receive my dress on or before the July 4th. It is presently July 13th and I still haven’t received my dress!
After placing my order, I continued to message them asking for updates. Most of my messages were ignored. The few messages that they finally did respond to, they still continued to give false promises that my dress would arrive on or before the date that I provided them PRIOR to my order.
I’m now convinced, IF I ever do receive the dress that I ordered, it probably won’t even look anything like the picture online either!
Do yourself a favor and order from a legitimate honorable company... even if you have to pay more money... it’ll be worth it! Because ordering from DHGATE will be the worst mistake you can make if you’re shopping for a special dress for your wedding, prom, homecoming or any other special event that you need a dress for!
dhgate.com is a Chinese Co. that pops up when you're looking for different things. I wanted a T shirt with a band logo on it. They billed my c.c. within 8 days. Nine weeks later I received the shirt. That's total b u l l s h i t. Yes, they're slow to respond ! If they do respond, they never answer your inquiry with any direct remedy. Find another site, this one sucks.

They send defective and used merchandise to customers and as of now DHGate seems to only want to support the seller and themselves.
AVOID and WARN OTHERS... Solcial Media, YouTube videos and comments, Facebook, Forums etc.
DHGate needs to step up for the BUYERS! Do whats right DHGate, what you are doing now is criminal.
It's alarming how no one looks for photo reviews of the products they're after, check the spelling and the hands and the environment the product is shot in, I've ordered 6 things so far, all were good. :)

1. why they confirm it will be refunded to your account
2.seller said we have refunded dhgate not paid
3.customer care also confirmed your refund will b done in few days

I purchased a number of goods from DHGATE on the 18th July using my credit card. Payment was taken from my card but I have received no order number or confirmation email despite placing the order on my dhgate account. I have tried to contact dhgate via their live hat who are no help, Facebook messenger, Reddit and tried three email addresses.
so i got logged out of my account after i brought the shoes I put my email and number in so i can still get emails about it but my shoes were lost to come in ten days and i ordered them the 14th, I ordered them at 9am the track number is AS033452785CN

Never shop from DHgate
Sellers are thieves, they never send exact items, all itmes are different then they listed.
Even if you choose paid speedy shipment options, they send your item with standart free surface post, they steal your shipment fees that you paid.
DHgate customer service will not help you, they never help disputes and they never solve cases, their resolution center sucks
Be aware please, I lost my $100 at DHgate, no item, no shipment, no refund
Sometimes you can find a good seller and good items, but never buy from them expensive items or brand names, everything they sell is FAKE...

Amen! I got taken too and the escrow sides with the seller. I reported them to US customs at http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/trade_programs/e_allegations/ and encourage others to do the same. Lets stop them dead!
