Unprofessional and cursing employee
Your employee, Mike, sent a text to another employee, Gail, and I got it too. It showed how he cursed me. He said to Gail that I was a pain in the [censored]. And that she wasn't supposed to help me. I tried paying my annual fee, which according to my contract it's the same. It never changes. We bought it in Florida, not Mexico. I told her to sell my thing, especially since he cursed me. I'm going to put this information everywhere I can. Also I may sue Mike for defamation and EH.
Desired outcome: Eccentry Holidays should sell my thing, so that I don't have to sue for defamation!
desconocimiento
customer services / account management / vacation availability
We attended a vacation presentation as required in Sept. 2016. This seemed like a opportunity at that time. BOY WERE WE WRONG! We have NEVER been able to book a vacation with Eccentry (properties are always booked/no availability, and hotels have been priced higher than I was able to book on my own). We have traveled every year since joining this "club" (Turks & Caicos x2; Barbados; and now Jamaica), and ALL booked with availability and pricing NOT available via Eccentry Vacations. This club membership is a SCAM and a RIPOFF of our money! When calling customer service they are quick to say you CANNOT cancel your membership, yet their promise to send my contract for review, or a follow up from an account manager have yet to materialize (imagine that). Poor customer service, poor account management, and BS stall tactics to continue collecting our money for doing absolutely nothing! This has been reported to BBB as well as the FL Attorney General. The suggestion is to consult our own attorney for additional action. Seems we'll have to spend even more money to rid ourselves of this SCAM of a vacation club. Save yourselves time and precious money...STAY AWAY FROM ECCENTRY VACATIONS!
We attended a vacation presentation as required in March 2016, and joined the vacation club. We have NEVER been able to book a vacation with Eccentry (properties always booked/no availability, or hotels have been priced higher than I was able to book on my own). We have traveled elsewhere and ALL booked with availability and pricing NOT available via Eccentry Vacations. I called over a year ago to cancel our membership and a customer service rep told me we cannot cancel without penalty, but asked me to give them a chance to remedy the shortcomings. Fast forward to May 2019 and I've called customer service again to cancel and again told I CANNOT. They promised to send me our contract for review, and have an account manager follow up directly to discuss our account. No call, no contract emailed, nothing! I called back, but again nothing. I tried cancelling online via their site and I cannot. I tried removing my credit card from their site and I cannot. Poor customer service, poor account management, and stall tactics to continue collecting our money for doing absolutely nothing! We aren't getting the services promised, we can't even get an account manager to give us a simple buy out to cancel this membership, nothing. This is a SCAM of a vacation club, and their practices must be checked and corrected. I'd like help connecting to the proper team and cancelling due to lack or service and an inability to hold up their end of the contract. Any suggestions?

travel
My mother and I attended the presentation in March of 2016. It was a requirement since we signed up to have a few days at their hotel. My mother is a disabled older lady who was charmed by the 'lovely guy' (liar) who greeted us and talked to us about this wonderful program. He showed us photos of his travels, his foreign girlfriend, how he was renting a castle in France and taking everyone. He talked and talked and my mother was mesmerized. She's always wanted to travel but been limited since her income is low and she's disabled. I paid for our trip and was happy she was having fun. The hotel we stayed was bad. Customer service bad, but for a cheap trip it was ok.
The lies continue well over the time of presentation, he never mentioned time was up and we had left our phones back in the room.
We went to the presentation in Sunny Isles FL, where we were tricked into buying this crap. I've tried to book through them and have never been able. The prices aren't what they promised they would be. All of a sudden we were signing this contract because it promised infinite places with wonderful prices.
We were shown over and over how easy and how cheap it would be to travel. My mother being older was convinced by the "charismatic" sales guy of how he was getting a castle in France for $1000 and he was taking his whole family. He mentioned he had been all over the world at a fraction of the cost of any regular travel agency.
He mentioned that airfare would also be at discounted prices. I would often travel to Miami so this was convincing. Not once did I find a plane ticket that was cheaper than other airlines. On the contrary.
I've tried booking weeks in advance and nothing, the options are never there. If you really check on the map the 3 star 4 star hotels they offer are really crap and in the middle of nowhere. I tried booking for a Christmas getaway at the beach and there was nothing available that it wasn't at the regular cost as anywhere else.
I've been paying this scam for three years and have not been able to use it once. I stopped paying because there was no way this thing was being used. They've been harassing me constantly and I am currently unemployed unable to pay. Also they sold me an illusion that does not exist. They convinced my old disabled mother of the amazing opportunity this was. I was taking her on this trip and wanted to make her happy so I agreed to sign even though my thought was that it was too good to be true. I want my money back and the cancellation of this contract immediately.
Vacation Club membership
Seems to be kind of ripoff .They looking for stupid people. At presentation they represent website on big LCD screens at very low price vacation offers but when you become and member and try for example Cruse line discounted price and click on it the message appeared like this: "We just received the latest rates from our suppliers and unfortunately the...

Don’t pay for the vacation packages to Eccentry Holidays. I believed them that their vacation packages were cheap and I would be able to spend no more than $1 000 per week and would stay in good place with the different entertainment. Everything turned to be big lie, because I have already paid $1, 500 and I would pay more for the hotel, travel and other...

The company Eccentry Holidays told me that I could choose any destination and they would help me to book the vacation. I told the sum, which I was ready to spend. From their looks, I understood that the sum was small and they lost all interest in helping me. But they told me to pay $300 deposit and asked to wait 3 days. After 3 days they responded that...
