Huel is a legit company. I got their black addition (high protein) and they gave me a free t-shirt and blender bottle. The taste isn't amazing, but you're probably getting it to help your diet. They seem like a trustworthy company.

I like Huel's stuff but their business practices are a bit sketchy. They won't let you cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, even if it's not ready to go. You gotta wait for a tracking number, then wait for it to ship, then return it before they'll give you a refund. Plus, their shipping takes forever sometimes, like 8 whole days. It feels like they're doing it on purpose to make it hard for you to cancel and just keep the stuff. It's especially messed up during a pandemic when money's tight. I tried to cancel my order 12 minutes after I got the confirmation email, but it's been 3 days and still no shipping info. They act like there's no other options out there, but it's 2021 and you can't just trick people into keeping something they don't want.

I had a real bad experience with Huel Inc. I ordered a box of 12 bottles of their diet drink on subscription, but then I changed my mind and asked them to cancel it. They didn't listen to me and charged my card anyway. And to make things worse, I had a really bad allergic reaction to their product. I got hives all over my body after just four bottles. I don't have food allergies, so this was really unexpected. I tried to contact them through phone, Twitter, Instagram, email and their website's contact form, but no one was available to help me. I found out that other people have had the same reaction, so I immediately canceled my subscription and asked them not to send the box. But they charged me and shipped it anyway. I don't want it and I'm really disappointed with Huel's customer service.
