Yamaha 175 HP outboard bad fuel pump in warranty-no parts in USA
I have a new Yamaha 175 outboard that has a bad fuel pump.
The pump was ordered 6 weeks ago and was just told that it could be another 3 weeks at least until one arrives.
I live in New York and only have a 5 month boating season. It is now time to winterize the engine and I cannot start it.
My motor is under warranty and I feel that you sell new engines but have no parts to support your existing customers.
I have been a loyal Yamaha owner for many years and feel that if you cannot provide parts for a motor under warranty-that you should replace my engine.

Napaka pangit na service ng empleyado
July 26 around 1pm, nagpunta ako s yamaha motor trade dela paz pasig city. Approve na kasi yun loan / installment ng motor na kinukuha ko. Mga 3 pm na prosses yun papers ko, kinuha na nila yun bayad ko, i wasnexpecting makukuha ko na at makaka alis na ako. But wala pa pala yun motor dun. Hanggan arround 8 pm nandun lang ako sa branch naghihitay, tama ba na paghintayin ako ng ganun katagal. I have videos and you can check the cctv.

J ai achcter le 16 juillet 2021 un yamaha venture transcontinental, no serie jyavp38n7la000185, a environ 500 kms j ai remarquer un claquage.. j en ai parler a mon concessionaire le 28 juillet qui a contacter Yamaha qui lui ont dit que c etais _normal, Le 17 aout je suis retourner car le sont etais plus fort, le mécanicien a enregistrer le son et a envoyer a yamaha, qui sont rester sur leur dire mon concessionaire est venue a bout a force d argumenter que le client (moi) n etais pas satisfait, j ai ete porter la machine le 28 octobre pour changer les lifters, L ai ressorti le 22 mars 2022, Le claquafe etais moindre car la temperature etais plus froide, maintenant il y as un silage, en plus et un son qui n est pas normal en plus du claquage quand la machine est chaude, voir les vidéo
Yamaha no have eyes to improve service quality and tank design
I brought a bike in November 2019, I had damn confidence in Yamaha bike quality and service quality.
as I expected bike quality is good and mileage also good enough, I never compared my bike with any other model or brand because I feel satisfied with that bike.
but after every service, I keep on facing issues like,
1. Chain sprocket keep on loose - In 2 years 2 times used to change chain sprocket ( 18k KM)
2. while installing the Yamaha charge port in the Yamaha service center, the technician removed the pilot light connection and connected it to the charger port. they did not even have knowledge of wiring or installation.
3. without fuel injector cleaning, they charge an amount for fuel injector cleaning during paid service but they do not share the report of my fuel injector and engine.
4. during disc brake pad change, slightly bent the disc and have rubbing sound after brake pad installation.
5. after changing the accelerator cable, not routing the cable properly,
6. in general service not even lubricating properly, we should be the expert to validate and ask all requirements one by one. they do not service what Yamaha service plan or customer complaints and what we pay.
7. 1st fuel takes cover open and tank lock removed.
8. 2nd time, during the 5th service damaged the fuel tank cover, after several inquiries and complaints with customer care. I ask for CCTV footage of service but they say not have servicing footage only have footage for bike handover which is the entrance of Yamaha service where my bike stand.
9. not acknowledge their mistake and even during service they make damage and charging to customers. as a customer we want our bikes in good condition, we paying for their mistakes.
10. labor charges or not as per Yamaha labor cost defined in Yamaha website, if in service they 10 parts even minor or major. they put 10 labor costs for each part, other than that ask for general service.
11. even 1 time my bike met an accident, but they do not inspect it completely after that accident I faced my bike tyre was worn out 1 side and I check with a Yamaha service expert they said it may be due to type quality.
I replaced the bike's rear tyre with my own money and in new bike tyre also facing the same. last week my bike's rear tyre bearing got damaged inside and unable to move the bike even 1 meter. I thank god, that god saved my life. if my bike bearing was damaged at high speed on highways for sure I would die on-road but it happened while crossing the toll that time I drove slowly and during braking, this happened.
this is my overall experience with the Yamaha FZS - VI V3.0 model.
I don't want to spend money anymore for this bike - worst tank design and no.1 worst service quality that Yamaha has here.
Instead of having authorized Yamaha service, we are happy to go with local bike mechanic service, at least true for what we pay.
Desired outcome: Please educate and audit yamaha service and improve design quality.i want refund - for all bad experiance.
Bad service
I'm complaining about yamaha lynnwood pretoria i recently bought a yamaha fz6 road for one day then it broke I bought it for 30,000 and then I had it through other mechanics they didn't fix it so I thought I'll take it to Yamaha they built the bike so they must know what they are doing and then after 5 weeks of waiting they came back to me with a quotation of 55000 that is more expensive than the motorcycle that I bought that is bad service that's why I'm complaining
2021 yamaha grizzly atv
I would like to escalate an unresolved problem with my 2021 Yamaha ATV.
Purchased at Davis Service Center in Montrose CO in July 2021.

I traded in a 2017 Grizzly for the 2021 Grizzly, so I know how they work and operate.
Shortly after taking possession of the 2021 unit, I noticed that sometimes, with the Shift Lever in Park that the Park lamp on the instruments would not illuminate and and the unit would not start unless:
* I wiggled the shift lever until the Park lamp illuminated.
* I rocked the machine around hard until I'd hear a click and the Park lamp illuminated.
* I used the workaround by holding in the front left break lever.
I reported this issue to Davis Service Center in early August while my ATV was into the dealer for it's first service and the service manager told me, "they all do that".
Well they don't all do that... the 2017 unit I traded in never did it, nor has it happened with another 2017 and 2019 Grizzly and never on a 2017 and a 2021 Kodiak in my riding group.
The dealer replaced the transmission switch without helping. I took the ATV to All-Terrain Motorsports in Grand Junction (75 miles away) twice for repair and they are unable to repair it.
I've been working with Victor at Yamaha Customer Support. Victor has not been helpful. After 5 trips to 2 different dealers to fix this issue, I requested a replacement ATV at no cost to me. We almost had a deal worked out, but he wanted $800 for the trade which is not fair to me as I've been trying to get this fixed since August 2021, without countless trips to the dealer and gas to/from Grand Junction. Once I refused to pay the $800, Victor took back the deal and told me to take it back to the dealer again.
The owners manual says in 2 places that the Park lamp should illuminate when the shift lever is in park and if not, to take it to a Yamaha dealer.
I have a service report from All-Terrain MotorSports where the tech documents that he can duplicate the issue in the shop.
Inventory is slim on Grizzly's. and All-Terrain Motorsports has one on hold for me right now, but will not hold it longer since Victor is not solving this problem. Time is critical here now due to this ATV shortage.
My offer is: an even swap of my defective 2021 Grizzly for a new 2022 Grizzly and the first service paid for by Yamaha. I will sign a internet non-disclosure agreement to never mention the deal on-line past what I have already done.
Please help. There is a file at Yamaha with all this information and more.

oil leak from the head
going three weeks of breaking in, barely 1,000 kms, i noticed an oil frip on the floor where i park the r15 along with our other yamaha bikes... i inspected where it is coming from and saw the oil dripping from an engine bolt just below the throttle body.. this is the first time we have an issue with a brand new yamaha after having to break-in 7 brand new yamahas previously on different years... i brought the bike to the 3s shop where we bought it and the mechanic said it is a common issue of r15's... is that so?.. it's an engine issue.. so delicate for a brand new unit on break-in status... am disappointed... i hope when the part we ordered arrives and got it installed, the problem/issue would also be fixed... am not using the unit until then...
Desired outcome: if the problem still exist after the part has been installed, can you replace the whole head or the part that has the problem?.. the mechanic said replacing the head cover gasket would fix the problem so he ordered only the gasket.

Taking 3 weeks to get my bike repaired and still not given the bike
I own YZF R15M and now I have got a manufacturer defect and now my radiator fan is not working and even my pillion side faring is also broken I had given the bike to service centre on 06/01/2022 and till now my bike is still staying at the service centre and I had ordered the pillion side faring 2 months back still now there is no updates and they are not responding properly to me and still I dont know when they will provide my bike.

Made 3 payments and got 2 fishy late fees. Customer service said sorry but pay it sucker. I made a balloon payment just to get away from these crooks and they called me and said the system says I used my yamaha card to make final payment... does that make any sense? Oh and now a returned check fee for the balloon payment which was between the monthly payment schedule. They rip people off better than the Russian mob...

Sir I visited my nearest yamaha showroom located on shivpuri road jhansi.I had a query about Yamaha R15 for which i went there but the staff was so rude that they insulted me like i am a beggar . The manager was so much arrogant saying you can't afford our bikes you must dream of hero passion that's for u. It was a horrible experience and i am very disappointed seeing this and i wanted to really buy Yamaha R15 but now I'm not entering that area again. 2020 Yamaha Wolverine X4 XT-R (5Y4AN14Y3LA103902)
I purchased a 2020 Yamaha Wolverine X4 XT-R, along with a Riders Advantage extended warranty, suggested by Team Charlotte Motorsports with the purchase of my new 2020 Yamaha wolverine. With less than 30 hours of riding time, I had to take it back to the dealership for repairs and it was determined by the dealership that my SXS is only really firing on 1 cylinder, unit has no power and large amounts of fuel vapor is coming out the exhaust, due to one of the spark plugs not firing and burning the fuel. The fuel is inside the exhaust and is burning in the exhaust, giving it the glowing affect. This fuel has gone past the rings and down into the engine. Suggest: oil filter needs changed along with new spark plugs; let's try this and do another test ride and see if everything clears up. At present, cost of repairs is $400 and no guarantee. I'm told by the dealership and Riders Advantage that my warranty doesn't cover such repairs. No customer could or should anticipate defects causing a brand new SXS to break down with less than 30 hours of riding time. 2019 Yamaha Wolverine x2
The belt broke after two years. I resolved it. Myself as to use the warranty it would take a month or more to get into service. Now the belt has broke again after just a week. I've had heating problems and have had to change the radiator 3 times. Along with circuit breakers and thermo switch and thermostat. I had to replace the stator and crank position. Sensor. Then it started not turning the fan on unless I was in park or holding the break. So I had to wire around it and put i. My own switch. Which isn't the greatest. I've replaced ball beating in the wheels. I've done more working on this utv then riding. It was the worse product I've ever bought. I've had 4 wheelers dirt bikes jet skis and have not had to work on them like this. Some where even older used models. But still less work then this thing. It's sat parked more than not. And I'm a person you likes to ride a lot. Almost daily. I just bought a new Honda talon x. And will never buy Yamaha products ever again! I will also recommend to friends and family not to. My son wants a new rmax. And we have looked at them. But I don't want another money pit. It's a shame you pay this much and get this as a result. I work hard for my money even during the covid. And I take care my machines like no one else. Cleaning oil change you name it. They are garage kept. And we'll maintained. This utv the Wolverine x2 is a lemon. It shuts off all the time. And now is hard to get started back up I've worked on and taken this machine to so many different people to work on. Paid out thousands to try to get it right and working again. It was good for about a year then nothing but problems.

FZ25 BS6 2021 purchased on 07 July 2021 is defected
Fz25 purchased on 07 July 2021 from JK yamaha, jammu. Forks are tilted towards right while driving, engine noise at 4000 rpm and side leakage from tyres. Several visits but problem not solved. They straightaway deny my problem. Their RM Mr preetpal talking rudely and saying vehicle is ok so I wil not visit to see it myself. Customer care closes the complain by itself without confirming the status from customer. The other yamaha showroom nearby Royal motors yamaha, jammu is confirming my problem and saying yes it's has the above said problems. JK yamaha and yamaha motors have mentally harassed me a lot and also wasted my time and money. RM has irresponsible behaviour towards customer. Showroom guys are telling lie on my face. Royal motor yamaha guys are acknowledging my problem. If one showroom who sells me the bike is denying and the other is accepting then everyone knows where the problem is. Kindly resolve my issue. I want my bike refund or new bike and a case of mental harassment.

I have an EF2000iSv2. The FUEL TANK has been recalled. The service company I was referred to stated they would no longer do business with Yamaha because they've been waiting on Yamaha to supply ordered parts for the recall. I've called Yamaha with similar results and can't get anybody on the phone that will tell me when or even if parts are available. Frankly that said it'd be next year, it at all. This is horrible service and if these generators are catching fire due to a problem with the fuel tank recall, then Yamaha is one of the worse companies I've run across. I need answers.
