complaint regarding service of my, scooter on muthoot yamaha trivandrum
This is compliant regarding loss of service guarantee book in your muthoor Yamaha service station at ULLOR, TRIVANDRUM. I had given my Yamaha Fascino scooter for free service on 12/10/2019 Saturday at 9:15 am. They had not informed me after the completion of the service and then on 14/10/2019 only they had messaged me that the service was completed
When I had went to collect my vehicle they told me that the service book of my vehicle was missing.They had made me to wait there for almost 1.5 hours but no result . They told me that they lost the book. So I request you to take immediate action against this irresponsible staff and also find a solution for this problem .I need my book back . please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise I will move legally.
I had not taken my vehicle from the service station.I will only clear my vehicle after solving the issue.
yamaha r1 battery issue
I own 2018 yamaha r1 and it was my dream bike from last 14 years and last year my dream came true when i bought bike from shubhlaxmi motors jaipur on 5th november 2018.

Just after some time of owning it there was a problem that was sudden shut of engine at any speed, first i thought that might be i am new to this bike so didnt thought much but then the issue came some time or other but after 5 months this problem became very regular and i informed dealer about this to which they replied that he has forwarded the complain to their supervisors and one fine day when i was riding at 160kpmh the bike engine all of sudden shut down and somehow i managed to bring the bike to halt. Just imagine engine shutting off at that speed and then when i tried starting the bike it didn't turn on to my surprise the battery didnt have enough power to crank the engine and at last the bike was pushed for 100 meters and then it was started and took the bike to service centre which was 150kms from my place and got everything checked and there was some carbon on wires and battery voltage was not stable and was dropping and mechanic cleaned the sockets then voltage came to normal. Post 2 days the same problem started coming to which now bike all of sudden shuts down just after 5-10kms of ride and post that if we try starting using self the battery is almost dead.
Dealer was not able to help much as he did whatever was in their hands but nothing helped. Even i wrote many mails, called customer care but non of them replied or helped me solving my issue. Lastly mr. Rajeev jaiswal took problem in their hands and got the bike checked at ajmer paras motors to my surprise the battery was dead and needed to be changed now the bike was not even an year old and was facing this issue from 5 months but all are saying tha IT'S COMPANY POLICY THAT BATTERY DOESN'T COME UNDER WARRANTY AND NEEDED TO BE CHANGED AT MY OWN COST. I just want an answer that why the hell i need to change battery at this short interval. Bike has done just 3600kms and battery is dead. My life was risked and none of company guys provided a good response. Being a premium custome buying a 23 lakh rupees bike, this is what i am getting.
No one is even giving me in written that BATTERY DOESN'T COME UNDER WARRANTY. How can i trust on words if no one is giving me in written.
Everyone denied saying it wont be covered under warranty and even if i change battery with company recommendations then too i wont get warranty. How can i trust the brand and how someone will buy this costly bike . I had no confidence left to take my bike for rides and bike is stranded from last 25 days.
This is how you treat your customer. More then 4 mails have been sent and have called thrice to customer care then too no one is replying and solving my issue.

I am the coustmer of YAMAHA INDIA having My loving bike R15V3 having Registration number HR10AG4765 Bought on 12/12/18, yesterday i found some unwanted sound from the engine of my bike, suddenly i came to Yamaha panipat for help as i was travelling there, they've told me that due to some problem engine would'nt be able to transfer the oil to the head in rocker, due to which they started rubbing with each other & said we have already faced this issue in 3 more Bikes (R15V3), then i asked is it able to travel upto sonipat from panipat as i am living there & service centre is so near of my house in sonipat, he said yes but may be it will stopped in between, but yes you can travel, then i picked my bike & moved from panipat but in between samalkha my bike had been stopped & i faced alot of issues there as the noice increased alot & it stops working there, after alot of problem i went to Yamaha Samalkha there i met Mr.Vaasu, gratefully he helped me there to picked my bike upto showroom as it was far away from there & treated well with me, as it was too late in the evening he help to stood my bike in service station & droped me upto bus stand., after that today (10 oct 2019) i asked to Mr. Vaasu about bike he said we will send it to Yamaha Panipat they will treat your bike, now i came to panipat yamaha & got to know that my bike is out of warranty due to missing of 3rd services & seriously i was shocked to know because its been serviced on 18/08/19 from Shri Ram Motors Sonipat & he said it will not gonna cover under Warranty, Now tell me my fault in that & what should i do in this case, i am using Yamaha from 2012 & travelled an long journey with All R15 SERIES (V1, V2, V3) Is this my fault that i am still the coustmer of yamaha from long time, why should i pay for that or use Insurance claim, its not my fault, Please YAMAHA help.!
battery issue
I would like to bring up the issue as its been 6 months purchased Yamaha Alpha but there is battery charging issue since day one. after 15 days of purchase I visited to service center and they told they will look in the 1st service, 2nd time in the 1st service they told to drive more to get it charged, 3rd time they took out to check and I don't know what they repaired which did not work, 4th time on 14 Sept again they took out since they are not giving any update, every time I call they reply wait 2-3 days. I have bought Yamaha R15 V 3.0 on June 24th 2019, it's only been a month, but it came with a defective paint at so many spots and it has been started rusting already, if it continues like this my bike will be spoiled soon. Please give me a proper solution for this. When I contacted service centre they aren't providing me a proper information. I have took my bike to the other district and provide me the help here itself.

I hereby wish to bring to you notice that Yamaha FZ25 I have bought from your company on 22nd April 2017 was defective now. I have done the first three free services properly in an authorised Yamaha Service Center. I have been facing some engine problems in my bike after one year. First I thought it was a minor issue but now I came to know that the engine was damaged totally and it will cost me above 20000rs in an authorised Yamaha Service Center. I have also made an extended warranty for two years when I bought my bike. I went to a Yamaha Showroom Chrompet (Chennai) to service my bike and to claim my engine warranty. They said that they cannot see any warranty and bill (paid bill service ) details on Yamaha common network. I serviced my bike in Tindivanam Yamaha Service Center after a couple of days, I came to know that my bike engine oil was leaking and the issue was resolved in a Yamaha Service Center in Chennai (K.K.Nagar). After that, I did not do my service in Tindivanam. After I did my first service in Tindivanam Yamaha Service Center, I have faced a lot of problems in my bike which was not resolved yet. I am very much disappointed with the quality of the Yamaha bike that I bought. It hurts me a lot.
I would be highly grateful if you could look into this matter and kindly do me the needful. I would request you to take immediate action.

This is D somasekhar. I have purchased yamaha FZ-S VERSION 2.0 from ravulapalem siri motors showroom the name of Mrs.Meenakshi naga satya. I have purchased bike in October 2018 and it's been 10months till now and I haven't recieved my helmet till now the consult person is Mr.srinivas (+919581268777) this is his number when ever I call him he is not responding to my calls and when he attends my calls he says we kept order and it takes time it's been 10months till now I'm fed up with his behaviour if I'm not going to receive my helmet in next 3days I'm going to raise a complaint in consumer court regarding this issue and he has taken 4000 from me for his personal use and still 500 rs he has to pay to me. Kindly look into this issue otherwise I'm going to take another step and file a case. My number is [protected].

non receiving of smart card
Sir/mdam, I have purchased one yamaha spacio scooty from tollygune yamaha velcity outlet on 23.12.2017. But till date I have not receive the smart card. My vehicle no. Wb20ay781 in the name of smt. Sumana saha. I have telephoned to the office bearer of yamaha velocity but they have not suitable reply till date. Please treat this as my complain and send to concern department for realising my smart card as early as possible.

service maintenance and warranty
I purchased Alpha Scooter in Dec. 2017. Purchased at a Dealer in Madurai, getting service done at Karaikudi. None of them reminded me of the periodic maintenance service according to the manual. Hence, missed 4th and 6th service as per warranty manual. Now Yamaha is saying the vehicle won't be covered under warranty, worst they took the additional cost for the extended warranty at the time of purchase of the vehicle. Now even that is not useful, they don't want to extend warranty service as a goodwill gesture too. By missing 4th and 6th service what would have essentially gone wrong. The vehicle ran only 7700 KM. The vehicle shows a problem with self-starter and Yamaha won't cover this under warranty. I am just blaming myself going for Yamaha while there are many options when it comes to Scooter. I sincerely hope and request Yamahoo to bring the vehicle into the warranty and fix the starter issue.
Otherwise, I feel it is Yamaha waiting for the opportunity that the customer doesn't bring the vehicle to the service station on time and they could escape from the Warranty clause.

After serviceing my Yamaha more compliants I had given in pacer Yamaha in Sidharth auto service On 03/06/2019 service they did not put the engine oil in service time I have run the yamaha Ray ZR was run one week absuertly fine now after one week vechicle not start. now we kept the vechile in office for same time. yesterday i arrange one engineer he check the vehicle now there is no engine oil that why vechile has been freezed. This is very seices gap form sidharath auto service side.
Pl find the bill for the service time.

I have done with, , on time service for all free service for my bike. I have completed totally 5 free services, going to 6th service yahama bike service person first said valves sound was coming I will adjusted before taking bike for service and give some approximate amount bike for 5500 rupees.
Another day service call said, in your bike valves not problem engine bore problem he said for me.
Engine bore noise was coming so better replacing is one option.
I am asking for some general question for yahama design engineer person for all designers, not it only service person.
Question:
1.I have with all the service with yahama showroom with on time service. Then how it is problem came engine problem and bore problem in piston.?
2.Already i have problem with brake pad failure with during my 3rd free service for 7000kms time. What is the expected life test period for brake ?pad. Do you have properly tested with brake test for CFD or speedometer test for braking device.
3.15000kms any competitive engine failure showen in new bike?
4.I am also design enginee even thought I can't able to design any engine failure for around 15000kms.but yahama has specialist for engine design. Worst designer for engineers and product test people. There is no proper data collect. Engine failure for 15000kms, brake failure for every 7000kms.this is for any good engineer design this product.?
5.please give me product worth full of money. I have paid 143000rupees this is not small amount. Less than 8 month. My engine was failure. Competitive product bike tvs, apachee, Royal Enfield, duke etc... There is no failure for 15000kms for engine failure. But yahama bike worst designer. There is no enough knowledge for product testing?
6.My final question if any one come your engineer person contact with svd yahama showroom person and see what is my bike happening other wise I will raise complaint for yahama motor limited.

I have a yamaha fz fi i bought a bike in oct 2018. Before one week i had faced a problem of self start during my visit on long route on 16 may 2019. After facing so much of problem, have arranged a mechanic who had helped me to start my bike.
On 16may itself i had visited yamaha showroom located at okhla phase 2 and met Mr. Sonal and Mr. Anil (showroom executives) to resolve my aforesaid problem and initially they both hd denied to resolve the said issue in waranty period and informed about the charges i.e Rs. 1300 for resolving the said grievance. Later on, after a long discussion, they got convinced and asked me to come after 2 days. After 2 days i hd again visited d showroom and got same reply.
Such a response from an executives of a branded and reputed showroom is unaccceptable and disappointing for the customers. With this type of service, cannot recommend anyone to buy a bike of this brand.

On 05/04/2019 for 4th free service my bike was driven 10000km in the service they did not do anything only oil and oil filter was charged and they have changed me 1025rs and I have faced more probleme like no break's was sharp, vehicle was no pick up, more vibration and vehicle was wobbling, this ppl not even see check the air filter and spark plug. And again I went on 10/04/19 to show this problems again they didn't do it without my permission they HV opened engine head they have done some work on it and now from there oil is leaks what kind of service this people r doing now biggest problem is oil leakage

worst service quality at satav yamaha, hadapsar, pune
I wanted to give zero rating but no option here. Satav Yamaha is the worst service centre in Pune. This service centre is degrading Yamaha brand. I want to highlight that Yamaha should strict action against this service centre as that owner is spoiling Yamaha brand and treating his customers very rudely which is not expected from Yamaha. It is not about the free service or money but I didn't want to argue with the owner (Arjun Satav) as he was too rude. After this incident I expect that Yamaha proves him wrong that you guys take actions if something happens like that with Yamaha customers.
I request all people if you are thinking to buy bike from Satav Yamaha it's fine but after purchasing forget about the service from them as they really don't care once you have purchased it. Initially I asked one of my friends to purchase the same bike and after purchasing he is also facing same thing. I will make sure that nobody from my friend circle or whoever I know will buy anything from Satav. I purchased FZ25 last year in July 2018. Since the time I purchased this bike, their service has been pathetic from the first day. Whenever I go for free servicing, manager/owner behaves very rudely. Today again I went for 2nd free service (Got late for the service due to no reminders from them) and I can't even believe that owner of any service centre can speak like this. His name is Arjun Satav. I told him that I didn't receive any call/message for my second free service. He started saying that we call everyone and showing me the list of customer numbers, He said it's not our responsibility. We have written in service book that when to come for next service. I accept that he has written but we can't remember the exact date as we are so busy in our work and sometimes we forget these things. He showed me msg service, call service and post card service but I didn't receive a single reminder from any of the sources. On daily basis I get the promotional messages for offers from Satav Yamaha but don't get a single reminder for the service. I had to record the things when he was saying these things: He said I do have thousand of customers like you and I really don't care if two customers don't come to us, I said I will file a complain online and he said that there are n number of complains nobody cares about and I am not afraid of anything. The big thing is that he doesn't listen and care of customers because he thinks he is big brand in Hadapsar, Pune.

Hi. I got new fz25 on August 31 2018. My bike gets some coin tackling noise while riding above 70 kmph. I raised my complaint in my first service at service center. Problem had not been solved. Still my makes such noise while riding above 70 kmph. And worst responce and worst behaviors at the service center. When i said that i'm not satisfied with your service and they were not taking it seriously. Is this like that YAMAHA employees behave with their customers.

complaint against delaying parts of yamaha r3
I had purchased Yamaha R3 in April 2018 ( Delhi, India )and it is really smooth and strong machine beside service part is good on side but facing a big issue in regarding parts( ABS Plate and sensor ).
Which I had ordered in end of November 2018 but still didt get it yet and even have no idea when I will get the parts and this is really sucks which make me feel to sell out my bike and never buy YAMAHA bike if these things are happening and hope someone listen and resolve this issue as early as possible.
