Not accepted any where in uae. Even souq.Com doest not accept it. You decline transactions and charge money for transaction charges. No body to answers on your number except teller machine. Is it not customers hard earned money you charge for your fault to customer for choosing your card which is a initial mistake. Hope some body cares to call and resolve

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance refund issue.

I have booked a ticket from citybookers on 27th June with the booking number CB2132847 & due to some emergency i have cancelled it on 27th June & informed the customer service. They have informed me it will be refunded in 45 business days & it has been 4 months i haven't received any refund.I have been sending emails, but all are in vain. They are cheaters. I have booked & cancelled the tickets from many other travel sites but i haven't faced anyone like this cheaters.They are just it will be refunded ASAP, we are going through technical glitch from the last 4 months.

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance sales man misconduct and lake of information

I have newly joined the najm credit card and have a very bad experience from buying the card from sales man to uptill now. At the time of selling this card sales man convinced me that there is 10% cash back on the najm cash back card on whatever amount you spend. When I asked how can it be 10% on this card because 10% cash back sounds very good and there must be other limitations for getting this cash back. Then he said you have to spend 26 transactions and each transaction should be at least AED 50. I said that's it. And no other limitation. He said no. Except you have to pay AED 300 for annual charges. I said ok I will search for the card and will get back to you if I found ok. On next day morning he called back and said that plz buy the card it's good for you and after continuous calls I said i have not researched about your card as I did not have time when I will do it I will get back to you definately but after his continuous calls and force I said ok I am going to buy it.
I received the card and started using as per the sales man described the card usage limitations . And I made around 26 transactions above aed 50 in that month as I was expecting 10% cash back but when I saw the statement I was given AED116 as cash back in that month on usage of about AED 8000 with 25 transactions above aed50.
I was surprised and called customer service after waiting for more than an hour on call I got connected with customer service and they said that there is a slab system that if you make transactions from 1 to 5 you will get 1% cash back if you spend between 6 to 10 transactions you will get 2% and so on. A very complicated system. So this was new thing for me at that time.
After listening all these I called that sales man and asked for this that why did you not informed me about this slab system before. He did not responded on that rather he spoke with me in bad manners and said, my job was to sell the card which I have done now its between you and the company I am not responsible for any such things, call najm customer services and make a complain of me.

So, I am continuously making complaints but did not get any solution. I totally spent about AED 8000 in that month and I received 116 as cashback currently I have 4 other credit cards from other banks of Abu Dhabi. Out of which I am getting 5% cash back on FGB credit card on that wether I make transaction of AED 1 or AED 20, 000 I get 5% on every transaction.

So in that way I lost handsome amount of money just for buying NAJM product.
Firstly, if I would have spend this AED 8000 on fgb credit card I would have received 5% of 8000 = aed 400 in that month which I did not as I spend on najm.
Secondly Annual fee of AED 315 which I paid for najm card as there was no annual fees on fgb card that I am using.

and what received in was AED116 as cash back from Najm in that month so I lost AED 715 in that month.

I request them to please give any solution for this loss. Because company has received benefit of AED 315 as annual charges from me and sales man also got his commission while selling me that card only I as being your customer was in loss.

After continuous calls they never gave any solution rather asked me to close/block the card and do not call us again.
I did not give up and tried calling because it was my loss. One day najm abu dhabi branch maketing manager called me and asked me come to office we will discus and sort out the issue in front of that sales man and finalize it. I agreed and took 2hour off from my job and went their with my husband. Then he said the sales man is not here and we can discuss, it sounds that he didnt want his sales man in front of us. After continuous discussion on the matter he did not agree and did not gave any solution every time he was saying that leave this matter as this is not a big amount that you lose only AED 700. I said why I leave this amount we are working hard to save money and you guys come and fraud us. So, that meeting was totally waste of time.
That manager name was Atif Sultan.

So, I am still not been given any valid reason as customer services has been told by their head not to take complain or not to entertain this customer.
I suggest every one please not to go for najm credit card as they have the tactics to fool you and you will not be able to do any thing and loose your money.

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance credit card cash back issue

Recently i have taken my najam one cash back card .when i have taken the card the customer agent has told me that i will get cash back for min spend of 50 dhs . We have spent the nearly 8000 dhs for which i need to get 150 dhs cashback for the month of Aug.Najam has internally changed the policy of cashback on 1sep which will provide cash back if i spend min 75 dhs . My bill got generated on 1 sep, so they said im not eligible to get the cashback for previous month transactions .Kindly help us

I got a call from najam customer care .The person name is Hashim . He is asking me to take the balance conversion or spend 8000 dhs to get my 150 dhs cash back.Am i looking fool to make that transactions previously and due to their internal policy, they are not giving any cashback .pls dont take najam card, they will cheat you by saying irrelevant reasons

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance customer service hotline

Hello, i have a Silver Credit Card with NAJM and decided to cancel it last June 2018 one of your agent offer me that no need to cancel the card as you can offer me the same benefits with your new free for life credit card and i told him i will call on July once im back in Dubai to initiate the delivery.

July first week i call the agent and told them to deliver the free for life card was which was offered and they said i will receive it in less than a week, Once i receive my card and receive the statement i was shocked that there is an annual fee of 420 dhs, i called them on August 23, 2018 and waiting for 15 minutes before an agent answer. i spoke to Anas and explain to him my concern and he gave me a reference # 4939822 regarding my complaint.

Days passed by and i receive a call from Ameer and offer me that no need to request for a free for life card since he can waive the annual fee of my current card if i can got a total spend of 21k dhs in 3months i told him it is not possible as i normally spending between 4k - 7k a month and he told me its fine he will request to waive it off and i dont need to worry about anything.

After one week he called me again and told me that that is not possible and the points need to be reverse because they made a mistake issuing me a card with an annual fee and told him if that is your mistake that your customer should not face any inconvenience and he still insist about reversing the cash back points!

September 16, 2018 i spoke to Nadreen (after waiting for 25 minutes) and she told me that her Manager Chriss or Saad will get back to me within 24 hours regarding my complaint.

September 18, 2018 i spoke to Paul and he told me that within 48 hours someone will call me regarding my concern and Nadreen made a mistake promising about 24 hours which is not correct as he said, and he gave me a complaint no. regarding Nadreen giving wrong information (MAF 4971257)

Now it is September 19, 2018 and until now no one get back to me with my complaint! This is a nightmare and will never use or suggest your company to anyone!

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance credit card

The worst credit card in the world! They charge me 3.00 aed everytime I PAY MY BILL! If I transfer money from my EMIRatesnbd account to NAJM credit card they charge a fee of every transaction! The reason is because I should Only use their online application oronline banking to transfer money from EMIRaTESNBD to their account! What the hell? Who gets charge for paying their bills on time and at the right amount? ONLY NAJM! They area literally stealing money from people! Goodluck with that I'm closing my account! Don't be fooled!

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance credit card

I don't recommend this Card to anyone.

This is a general complaint regarding my experience with Najm Credit Card.

* You are not given the full details regarding the charges and hidden fees of the card as there was a credit shield charge put on the card for every month which started with the amount of 40 to 50 AED and ended up to be currently AED 250 !

* When i requested to cancel the credit shield, i was surprised to still see the amount has been charged on the next monthly statement ! After calling them regarding this issue, the call center agent apologized and explained that this issue was caused due to replacing the old cards with new ones. (which was another Chaos)

* Najm suddenly decided to replace the old cards with new ones without even informing me. safe to say that the new cards had a yearly renewal charge of AED 400 instead of the AED 200 for the old card !

* When i requested to downgrade the card level due to this high charge, my request was accepted but i ended up receiving two new cards in addition to the old one. so at some point i had 3 najm cards in my pocket !

* After calling the call center agent regarding this, he informed me to damage one of the cards ( which was the card originally to be sent before i requested the downgrade) and keep the other. But, all my online purchases were declined when i started to use the new card.

* So i contacted the call center again regarding this issue which he informed me that there was a technical problem and it should be fixed soon. but i ended up using the old card for online purchases ( yes it was still active) and the new one for physical purchases.

* Last but not least, i couldn't easily access my credit card information on the e-najm portal due to the website always being down. In addition to the call center, which you have to wait for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes so that your call can be received.

* The only pro in Najm Card are the offers for shopping and dining plus that the credit card issuance process was very easy.

UPDATE: This an another horrendous issue from Najm which just happened today.

* Najm decided by themselves lowering the limit of my card just 1 day before the balance statement was generated and without contacting me regarding this matter which of course resulted in the card being over limit and then imposing the over limit charge.

I will keep the bracket opened because i am sure this is not the end of it.

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance poor customer service

I have been using Najm Credit card since August 2015 and Paying fees of AED.200 as Annual charges.
a few days, after purchasing at one of the supermarket in abu dhabi along with my family, during bill payment it was brought to my knowledge by their employee that my credit card has already been expired and we left the place with great embarrassment.

It is sad the even after paying annual charges, Najm team has not reminding to customers regarding the expiry dates/renewal.

I am using service from other banks as well and all of them provide us with new card before its expiry or at least let us reminded.

I have called Najm Customer Service department to inform regarding this, but got a irresponsible feed back(ref: maf4898290)

All these made me to think twice whether to continue with Najm service or Not and Finally decide to deactivate the card.

Hence Consider this movement to improve the service to Najm customers to avoid loss of many more customers like me.

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance silver updated to platinum

Im using najm Credit card silver...for almost two years... i paid already annual fee until march 2019 suddenly the gave me another credit card platinum just by email..with out any call or any agreement.
When i call customer service. They just said the discontinue the silver and they change to platinum. Now they charging me another 400 aed annual fee...
How can u just discontinue one product with out any information and charge another annual fee..

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance advance renewal fee

I had the silver najm card. Expiry date is December 2018. I resigned from my previous job and came back to my country and planning to cancel my card by November if I don't go back to Dubai. My statement has always been 0. But then by first week of August I got a statement to pay 420dhs.for the renewal fee. I checked my previous mails from najm and saw that I was upgraded to platinum. I haven't received the new card.which means I haven't even activated my card. And even if upgraded it's not yet due for my renewal fee. I don't even know how and where to pay since I don't know the card number that I have to pay for.Isent several emails but until now I haven't received any response yet. The tension it gives you is not even worth all these hazzle.

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance credit card balance shown zero despite I have 4500 balance

Hannah called me up with rude tone and spoke to me loudly. I told them i want to cxl my credit card because they are charging me annual fee. The also charged me AED 275 for over limit by AED 36. there were so many months I have paid AED 500 extra

Whenever I am using my card it show in negative but i still have 4500 balance. i panicked and called bank. As per them they are migrating CC but no one informed me.

When i told Hanna why didn't you inform me she changed the topic.

i could have continues using Najm but because of her attitude and the way she looked at my case I am cancelling my CC because of her.

Not to forget I am using Najm for 10+ years

This is how they treat loyalty and probably I am with Najm, before Hanna joined them.

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance credit card

1) Credit card sellers will lie you that their card has many connections for promotion offers and so on. It is not true. Most of promotion they provided can be get with other cards or without any card. You could only get small benefits from services from their own company such as Carrefour hyper market( but nowadays my club card giving better discount :) ) and Vox cinema.

2) Customer service provided the wrong payment cycle.

3) Online portal for net banking is worst that i have ever seen. The transactions get updated after hours, not at all user-friendly.

4) Worst part of Najm is their customer service, the representatives disconnect the call as per their convenience. They provide wrong information. They promise you a callback with resolution but never heard back from.

5) They deducted the late payment fees when & it was not even communicated to the customer. When I called up they said they would return the call but I never heard back from them. Its quite unfortunate that Najm customer care do not even call the customers.

I have seen lot of complaints about Najm Credit Card, even though it's part of reputed company like Majid Al Futtaim. I really feel the complaints go to the right person at Majid Al Futtaim & they can improve on the their service levels.

This is possibly the worst card in existence. I received an email stating that the credit card was being cancelled as I had not used in the last 90 days! In fact the last transactions were actually on 06 and 08 November which was less than 35 days ago! So much for this card that has its promoters chasing you every time you enter Carrefour. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Najim cards are the worst among all credit cards company in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD!

even if you pay you total amount, they charge you 4 Dirhams as a fees! IMAGINE THAT!

I do not recommend this company at all. I closed my account and will never pay the extra 4 dirhams.

Very poor service. They charge you if you make a direct debit from your bank (say Emirates NBD). But Najm online website is giving a RUN TIME ERROR for almost a week now - and I am unable to make the payment. And NAJM Online will charge interest for the amount that you even dont owe them (For example if you had AED 10, 000 outstanding and you already paid AED 8000 but failed to pay balance AED 2000 before the deadline, they will charge you INTEREST for AED 10, 000. Sick and tired of the service.

Najm ONE / Majid Al Futtaim Finance credit collector is very rude

Najm Credit Card could apply if your salary is 10, 000 AED (3, 000 USD) and they are providing you with 10, 000 AED limit.

First complaint-> credit card sellers will lie you that their card has many connections for promotion offers and so on. It is not true. Most of promotion they provided can be get with other cards or without any card. You could only get small benefits from services from their own company such as carrefour hyper market( but nowadays my club card giving better discount :) ) and vox cinema .

Second Complaint -> if debt collector call you, it doesn't matter how much your debt amount is, they will yell on you. Seriously even at first time, they will yell on you. They forget they are giving you service and they forget how much you could effort. Actually Najm card owners are earning more than their card limit every month. But they simply forgot you are customers.

Finally I understood that they are not bank, just like other finance service company, nothing more.

There is a collection agent by name Rahul in Najm credit card collections. He is a Keralite and he used normally to speak to Keralites. I have already paid my monthly dues with or without couple of days delay. Even when there is a minor delay, they make you feel so bad about it & do not hesitate to use derogatory remarks. They go to any extent in using near abusive words. Their sales agents are so pathetic in every malls requesting people to take their cards, stating they will loose their jobs if they dont sell a certain number of cards etc.., And then their collection agents are so demeaning. Understand if they use such words against people who have faltered for 2-3 months. But even a few days delay is chosen for abusive addressings. Folks, there numerous other credit cards in UAE, which you can avail. Not this one! you are inviting mental torture,

Najm Credit Card is a really bad credit card company! i have a silver card with them and requested to cancel it after a year, they offer me last June 2018 their new free for life credit card with the same benefits of my silver credit card and told them i will let them know once im back in Dubai on July. once im back i called them and requested that they can deliver the free for life card which was offer last June. Once i receive my card and receive the statement i was shock that there is an annual fee on it! up to theses date they haven't get back to me with their solution and keep promising someone will call me back (which until now no one bother to call me back).

Their Customer service hot line is a nightmare for waiting more than 20 minutes every time you will call them!

Tis company is really the worst credit card company!

My card will be expire September 2018 and I been contact to Najm Customer service before end of August 2018, agent reply me that I will be receive new card before 1st week of September, today 11 September I didn't receive and u call again holding and waiting for 20 minutes to speak customer agent, really so bad and waste of my time,

collection agent Mazher khan behaving very bad and abusing me and giving, me stress which is not allowed to him, he uses his power wrong way . kindly please tace stricky action this guy not one time many times he did. i am very tens and stress, he always bad behaving and abusing me and always ask me so many bad words . he use always police name

najm is not good at all. when i got the card they gave me 12000 credit limit, i never missed my dues but after 3 months they decreased my limit to 8000 resulting to an over limit fee of 275. i dont want to pay 275 because its not my fault, they decreased my limit without informing me thats why it resulted to an over limit. after i called a lot of times all is settled, however, the following month they decreased again my limit to 6800 resulting again to an over limit, and it's like a dejavu, why are they doing that. whenever i asked the call center agents why, they are only answering that they don't know the reason because other department is handling those kind of matters, and after all was settled for the second time here comes the funny part. after 2 months, they did it again for the 3rd time but now they decreased it to 0 AED as in zero dirhams. they gave me a credit limit of ZERO, i've called the call center agent and asked why my limit is zero, they told me it's confidential and i laughed out loud when she said that don't worry because my card is still active, okayyy? so what's the sense of the card being active with zero limit?, well at least for this time i don't have to pay the over limit fee. and again, i am paying my dues on time and i am not paying the minimum, i am paying the whole amount every month so i don't know their reason. anyhow, it's a good thing that it is in zero limit.

Very bad experience with Najm cards. They dont listen to your problem and are only interested in applying fee and charges. Definitely stay away.

For peace of mind better to avoid this credit card ..

They have charged me 90 AED plus tax on a 100 $ online transaction with FXCM UK..

They consider it as cash withdrawal fee..

That's outrageous and they refused to reverse the charge..

When I asked them to close the card and paid 1 extra installment early

on a 6 month balance transfer, they refused to close the card saying that if I pay

early there is a charge of 100 AED to close the card ..

I have submitted a written complaints to UAE central bank..

Avoid them at any cost..
