Employee driver
I was traveling this morning (02/03/2021) at approximately 8:15 - 8:30 am on the BA. Expressway heading east of downtown, when I encountered a n ONG company driver. The driver was in a white four door compact vehicle with the ONG logo and a yellow triangle on the rear of the vehicle, stating "drive safe". This employee conducted himself in an erratic and belligerent manner by brake checking other drivers, changing lanes randomly and carelessly. His speed fluctuated from extremely slow to dangerously fast. He appeared to be under the influence of an illegal substance of some sort or just irrational in general. I feared for the safety of myself and other drivers on the road. He reflected ONG in an unprofessional and negative light to the public today. I am very concerned for the safety of our community based on my observations this morning. I did call your Customer Service Department as soon as I arrived at home to report the employee's conduct and was assured by the representative that this issue would be escalated to management and the driver's direct supervisor. Thank you ONG for keeping us safe and all the work and effort to serve our community. The driver definitely did not display the positive impact you have on your customers and general public.
Desired outcome: Reprimand of employee, drug testing, termination of current position. The employee is a safety hazard to the public.
There's no way to contact you all you get is a busy signal
Oklahoma natural gas posters and number that you can call to pay your payment either automatically on person is an agent and I won't answer the phone all you get is a busy signal how am I supposed to pay my bill but I'll get away for you to cut off if I don't pay them.
Desired outcome: Answer the stupid phone

This is a horrible heartless company with absolutely no compassion and the most uncaring and rude customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. I paid my bill just two hours after it was shutoff (without warning) two days ago. It was 31 degrees last night and I have no heat no hot water. They don't care. Long story short my husband was laid off. So unable to pay the bill on due date. We have an average payment plan credit of 148 dollars. Our bill is 48. Was told they can not use that to cover the bill, mind you we have been on time every month before this. Why the hell do I pay extra on months I dont need to an accrue credit if your not willing to let the customer use it?!?! What happens to the credit? Also your customer service agent was horrible, shame on you ONG. In the midst of a pandemic where everyone is hurting you should care more about your customers instead of lining your pockets.

I scheduled an appointment to get my gas transferred from a different house on friday. They said the quickest they could come out was monday. So me and my family waited all weekend. They were supposed to come monday morning and they called at 5:30pm saying they were 30 minutes away. I've been calling all day checking to see if someone was still coming out and when he came he said no one was home and left a note on the door. He didn't even ring the door bell or know me and my family were here all day. It's cold in my house. We have no heat or hot water. I have small children

My name is Elizabeth and other fairy I live at 304 South Birch Luther Oklahoma 73054. I was I'm complaining about Oklahoma Natural Gas and I know that this is my fault too I take responsibility for my part of it. So tomorrow 25th of last year I was mandatory made take off work because of I was very sick very very sick so I had to take off work for 13 weeks. I was not able to pay my bills I got on a payment plan and I paid as much as I could then I get better and I go back to work I come in contact with covid-19 I'm on isolation at home did my roommate gets covid-19 so I'm on isolation again I was on isolation for 40 days I was not even able to see my children. At this time all the Kobe stuff was going on so nothing was getting shut off. But my gas to get shut off and their reasoning was it because I hadn't paid my bill since before Kobe started. I forgot that is true and I have all the documentation that I need to show why I caught up I paid $235 of it I am getting I was getting unemployment I have approved until December for unemployment now all the sudden there's a there's a glitch in the computer with the state of Oklahoma I have called I have called and called and called and called I finally went down there today and they made me make an appointment for next Tuesday no one knows what's going on no one can tell me what's going on I have received no payment since for 4 weeks now. So here I am again with my gas cut-off Oklahoma Gas is not listen to you if they will not make any arrangement with you when you call customer service and they will not tell you anything besides it's going to be $435 to turn it back on. I have my elderly mother here who is on an inhaler we are having to boil water to take God's I'm having a will water to get my son a bath and I'm used to it now because like I said my gas was cut off during covid-19. I have contacted the governor I have contacted he's the president of the United States of America this is not right and it's not okay. Like I said I take responsibility but I got sick and I was I had to take off work my doctor I filled out FMLA paperwork I have all the documentation. I am paying as much as I can on my gas bill and my electric I had to pay at $1, 000 electric bill off as well and I did and I am. What's happening it's out of my hands and for someone to come out and cut my gas off a company that is already rich that wants to get richer and an 8-hour it's just it's unbelievable it is inhumane and I'm letting you know right now I will be going to the news I'm going to take this as far as I can I have had it this is not okay and I'm also concerned about all the other people in the state of Oklahoma and I will get to the bottom of it I'm going to start a blog I'm going to start whatever I need to do and we're going to get together and I am going to sue there is a reason and I will find it thank you my phone number is [protected] if you'd like to contact me. Poor customer service. Unethical business practices
Due to a prolonged COVID related furlough I fell behind on my gas bill. The company cut off my gas by coming into my backyard with no notice and without knocking on the door. They did this the day before a long holiday weekend with heat indexes over 103. When I called the following Monday to schedule a reconnect and informed the customer service rep that this disconnection actually was against their commissions regulations she literally laughed at me and told me the best she could do was get someone out the next day, Tuesday from 8-8. This ended our conversation. The following day when I got home from work I had 2 new voicemails (with no missed calls) that since I did not answer my phone I'd have to re-schedule the appointment. I had someone at the house. No one ever came to the door. I immediately called the customer service again. This time they tell my I have to be available from 8-8 to let the service tech into the home...to turn the gas back on? I informed them I was not told this the day before could they please send someone today (day 6 with no gas). I get off work at 1 and was told if this is the case they can make me an afternoon appointment next week. No 2 people I have talked to have given the same information. They do not care about their customers AT ALL, as there is no competition in the market people have no choice but to put up with them or switch to all electric. Unethical. I am a registered nurse with children in the home and a heat index over 101 and can't shower or cook meals for my children...approaching day 7! These people should be ashamed of themselves!

Hello, Paid already the past due and trying to make online arrangement which o can make it on phone call the customer service is really poor and rude the employees so disrespectful and unhelpful at all So I did arrangement and still don't have my gas back On!!

On february 7 at approximately 7:35 I was on the corner of airport road and kickapoo spur when a driver ran a red light and would have hit me if I hadn't noticed him not stopping. He ended up stopping at the domino on the corner afterwords and parked in the back he also had a small excavator or heavy machinery on a trailer being pulled behind the truck.
Service no show
We Farangis Rajabi and Marc Rajabi would like to report the OG&E company. The customer service is horrible and the techs are awfully rude. We called on friday of November 22 to switch on the gas at the 4012 Sheffield ave, as the new owners, and we called early but were told it was "too late" and that the they would come out first thing in the Monday morning. Having two small children and full time job made it very challenging for us. Today is Monday and we called 3 times and were told that the tech is going to be there that the techs work till 8 pm. Well its 8 pm and nobody showed up. Its freezing and the kids cant sleep. We cant take a shower or bath our kids.
Company timeline for research of information
So I moved into a new home on 10/11/19, I was told that I would need to send in my ID, SSN card, lease agreement and contact information to prove that I was not the prior tenant who had an old bill at the address. Well I sent in the information over the weekend yet they still have not completed their research. I wonder how long it truly takes to review someone's information and compare it to another's in order to clear them from being affiliated with one another. Paid the money needed to have it turned on, yet it will not be turned on until they complete their research. Thank God it isn't freezing yet, however over the weekend it did get a little chilly. I have a 17 and a 7 year old living in the home, the teen will be fine but if my grandbaby gets sick I will be on this company like white on rice.
Driver
Today around 8 o'clock pm, I was driving down the highway when the truck number "60425" almost hit me twice. I was in the ongoing ramp to the highway he was in the next lane over in the right. As I got ahead of him he tried to run me off the road. As he was trying to do that he flipped me off and proceeded to follow right behind me almost hitting me.
Gas
Called their emergency line because it looked like the shutoff of my meter was rusted stuck. I was going to have some work done in the coming days and wanted to make sure the valve was working in case I needed to have it shut off. They accused my of tampering with the meter, threatened me with a hundred dollar fine, and then the gasholes came and took the meter for 4 days, leaving me without gas. Had to call to have it returned.
Oklahoma natural gas
I am on the average monthly plan and I paid my bill for the month... And the next day ong comes and cuts my gas off... Then they tell me that I have to pay 168$. To be restore with my service... And also told my husband that they have not talk to anyone. About them coming out to turn my service back on... So when did they start this b.S. That I have to call and confirm that they should cut my service back on... What the hell... They are sooo unprofessional... And. Ong treats people this way because these utility companies have no competition... Either you pay I get treated unfair. Or you dont have any service... I hate. This whole situation... And my service is still off
Ong driver of vehicle 71750 - tulsa oklahoma
On Tuesday May 6 at approximately 5:00 pm central time the drive of the truck number 71750 did not stop and was driving recklessly.
I was driving south on 73rd E. Ave in Tulsa OK. The ONG driver was heading west on 4th and at the stop light at that intersection, I had the green light. He was turning right on red (and was suppose to stop) but he did not stop - If I had not stopped, he would have hit me. This is reckless driving. He was meeting two other ONG trucks in the 500 block of 73rd E. Ave.
After he turned right as was behind me, he was on my bumper and did not let up. The speed limit on that street is 30 mph. He also did a U turn in the middle of 73rd E. Ave rather than going to the next street and turning around.
Customer service
I had to change the number for them to call before they connect well they called the other one and when I called the first time about it they said I would have to wait five more days after waiting 3 even though it was their mess up kisha was they representative name she didn't listen or even try to reason so I called back and talked to Scott he was able to get it rescheduled for the same day I was very pleased with him he is very awesome kisha is very rude and not at all helpful thanks Scott
Poor customer service ever
I called ONG around 12:00 today 10/11/18. I explained to the first person I talked to that my pilot light to my furnace was out and was requesting ONG To please come out after 3:30 to light it. I further explained that is the time I get off work and I am a senior Citizen and I have a four year old granddaughter who lives with me and the house is cold. Well at 3:15 the person that was supposed to come out called and then again at 3:29. I specifically told them I don't get off work until 3:30. Naturally I missed the gas person because I wasn't home when he or she came out at that time. I called back to speak to a second lady who tried to tell me that cant be specific with time but the first lady never told me that. so I called back to speak to a supervisor Scott. I explained that my grand daughter is four and im a SENIOR CITIZEN AND THE HOUSE IS COLD. ONLY TO BE TOLD TO CALL BACK TOMORROW. then I WOULD HAVE TO SIT AROUND THE HOUSE UNTILL THEY DECIDE TO SHOW UP. I WORK FOR A LIVING AND TO PAY MY GAS BILL AND OTHER BILLS. I ONLY NEEDED THE FRICKING FURNACE LIT. SO ME AND MY GRAND DAUGHTER WILL HAVE TO SLEEP IN THE COLD HOUSE ALL WEEKEND WITH NO HEAT. THANKS ONG. I SEE WHAT SENIOR CITIZENS AND CHILDREN GO THRU TRYING TO STAY WARM IN THE COLD. BUT YOU STILL EXPECT US TO PAY THE DARN GAS BILL. ONG YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF.
Shut off service to a current paid up account
Ong shut off gas to neighborhood because a backhoe cut a pipe. Ok That is fine. I have a house for sale. It's vacant. So the turds shut off the gas to house in late spring. I found out when the I got a contract on the house 2 months later when the EMP inspectors found the gas off. ONG AND THE CORP Commission say that putting a door hanger on vacant house was sufficient notice.
It killed the sale!
There was a realtor sign in the front yard! Make a 5 minute phone call.

Getting ripped off
When you pay online every month and then summer comes around and your not useing much gas, they return your online payment 2 weeks after they recieved it and it cleared the bank before they returned it. Then they say you didnt pay and cut off your service so they can charge you disconnect and reconnect charges, and a deposit. I have 3 deposit reciepts as this is the 3rd time in a row that ong has done this same ripoff scam # to me and im pissed off and not going to take it laying down! Im takeing this bs to court

I was at Ziggy’s filling station. A ONG truck 61334 was in between two sets of pumps blocking people from fueling.
The truck was left there unattended and no Cones around the truck.
Employee was eating lunch.
Need to chat with employee and try to set better community service.
