Gentle Dental

I scheduled an appointment to the Wakefield ma office just for a cleaning and was billed for my cleaning and also for fluoride treatment without them asking me. Then I was told I needed a root canal on my front tooth, there is no cavity or anything. And braces and said to have a lot of cavitites. My last dentist told me I was all set didn't have cavities and deff not needing a root canal. They called me so many times pressuring me to set up an appointment and instilled so much fear that my front tooth was gonna fall out. For what? So they could make money off of me. Heartless... And Evil. I've called maybe 4 times asking for a simple refund for my balance I was going to lay for and they keep telling me "the ticket is in we're waiting" "and ill call to check in. And they never do. It's ridiculous. Awful company. Be careful
