I had Mr. Appliance of Columbus diagnose a water leak in my Thermador freezer. After disconnecting several parts, moving the unit, and removing the top cabinet, they reassembled the freezer, but it has not produced ice since. When I called them to fix the issue, they charged me $119.00 to schedule an appointment. I refused to pay for their mistake. They seem more interested in making money than in customer satisfaction. Although they claim to be certified technicians for Bosch Thermador, they lacked knowledge about this appliance. Avoid hiring them, as their services can be a nightmare and cause significant frustration.

Claimed loss: $302.90

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response to fix the Freezer, or refund.
