Westgate Travel and Cruise review: I paid for upgraded 1bedroom suite and received 2 double beds in a different crappy hotel

Westgate Travel and Cruise is shady. I booked a 1 bedroom upgraded suite in Cozumel at the El Cid 6 to 8 months in advance. When we arrived they said they were booked and shoved us in a 2 double bed hotel across that street. The hotel was horrendous, the electricity went out and the food was disgusting and they had NO hot tubs. I provided photos and everything that went wrong and they didn't do anything about it. I disputed the charges with my Credit Card company and provided them with photos of everything Westgate never responded. NOW they refuse to give me back my account that I paid for and want me to pay for Hotel room and reimburse them.
