On 9/11/2022 I put out my trash by 5:00pm as per the trash guidelines.
I had 4 folded flat boxes, 2 small, 2 large. They left the boxes but picked up the trash. We are forced to pay so much per month on our rent which has sky rocketed in the past 1.5 years which included in our monthly rent. Since the boxes were not picked up, right on opening of the office they send a spy cam crew out to take pictures of addresses that has garbage by their door before 4 PM so they can fine you $50 for every incident, which was caused by the company they hired to pick up the garbage.
The second incident was on 9/1/2022 i tried to pay my rent on a website called clickpay, which is the website which 10x living uses for their customers to pay their rent each month. I wanted to add a different credit card to my account to be the default method of payment each month. The website was having issues saving the card changes, it kept trying and thinking but kept failing. After 5 minutes it looked like it excepted the new information and billed my monthly rent, the next morning I was notified by clickpay that my payment has been returned. I immediately went back onto their website to verify this information. Clickpay did not store or bill the NEW credit card information for my account and billed the old debit card information, which was the reason for insufficient funds notice. I immediately re-setup again my NEW bank card information and saved it as my default form of payment. It worked fine, I resent the monthly rent on 9/3/2022 and was accepted perfectly.
Yet another $50 fee for returned item for the clickpay payment on 9/1/2022
Which was on their recommendation and the sight they chose to collect payments on their behalf for rent which was not working properly...They expect me to cover the $50 charge.
On both of these incidences, the manager the property never returns my calls and hides behind his assistant community manager Johanna Hernandez. Her standard line is that they are not responsible for the above 2 incidences.
I would not be surprised if Grant Cardone owns both of the above companies.
