After deciding to go from an online mental health physician in July of 2022, I went to a local in person Doctor, the office is not clean, the phone lines take 20 to 30mins to get an answer, and they refused providing my short term disibiltiy information to the company because I refused to take all the drugs they gave me because I couldnt function correclty with them.
I called to get my medical information and was hung up on 3 times and I called back 5 times! David was the worst front desk, customer service person I have ever dealt with. This is a place that is supposed to help people but ignore thieir needs, request. Unless insurance or co-pays are not bringing in money they basically do not care!
God will have his way with people like this.
