The support here is great. I am not computer savy. It was a little bumpy due to this, but they helped me with getting trough the process. The rate they got for me is excellent.

Have been paying for student loan help, nothing was taken care of, my loans went into default. Had to get and pay more money . Another A+ better business of San Diego California . Calif business and this one is near a college

These people are literally a scam! I contacted them to help me with my student loans! They were absolutely no help at all and when I went to get a refund, they told me that they couldnt! Everytime I call them, it sounds like Im talking to some random unprofessional guy that is sitting at home playing a video game! SCAM and I want my money back!

Scam! Charged me $599 to help with my students loans. Check the *** rating was really good so trusted them. MISTAKE! After they got our money we couldnt seem to get the help they said they would provide. Called, *** with no help & soon they stopped answering my calls. $599 waisted with no help. Im not sure how theyre rated so high by the Complaintsboard.com.

I am grateful for people who understand & approach with a caring demeanor to work with me due to a school who is manipulative & also high pressured. A school that doesn't go by their own contracts. I felt as though the school was taking advantage & were not sincere considering I was hung up on while in the middle of a conversation. Allied stepped in & now I feel better about what is happening.

Student loan forgiveness - SCAM!$900 WASTED 1st attempt failed because they stated that the government "changed the requirements" requiring paperwork rather than written statements.Was informed I would need to show proof of financial burden PRIOR to 2nd resubmission.They LIED & sent the file WITHOUT any financial statements.They did this to finish their contract, specifically, the 2nd resubmission part. STAY AWAY!

This company has been calling me for over a year asking for a *** S. B. I am not the person they are looking for and each time I have told them that. Also, each time, I have told them I've had this cell number for over 20 years and asked them to make a note in their system that this number does not belong to the above named person. Tonight, they called me at 8:30 p.m. and I have had enough. I want them to quit calling me... enough is enough.

This company had me believe that I would be able to get out of my loan because the school I went to closed after filing for bankruptcy. So after going through all of the work with them and giving them a $1000 for their services, they no longer want to answer any of my emails. My claim was denied by the Department of Education and most of it seems because of things that they did not include. I have tried to reach out several times and I cannot get a response from anyone.

Was charged monthly $214.00 over a period of months in 2020. I was told they were going to be removing student debt, that still hasn’t been removed. I contacted them about a year ago because it states on documents I’m entitled to a full refund. Once I requested that, they said oooo you’ll be receiving a call. I never heard from them again and all of the number and emails I have no longer work.

This company appears to be fraudulent in their actions and behavior. Ive been dealing with them since 2019. They were hired student loan defense. Ive received several notices from Federal Student Aid denying my relief for failure to submit a proper legal claim. Ive contacted them nearly 100 times to ask them to resolve the situation. The only response I get is that they will email or call me back. Today when I called I told the guy the government was demanding payment he said I need to file a claim with them he said I needed to fill out the forms myself. When I asked to talk to his supervisor he hung up on me. I paid these people approximately *** dollars and got nothing but failure to file a proper legal claim. I believe they are a fraud. If there is a class action against them I would like to be included!

I received an email from *** their financial advisor or manager saying I was going to receive my money back in 3-5 business days and Ive never received it. Ive been calling and calling they honestly refuse to pick up the phone. I decided to withdraw from their program and the contract says I can pullout within 3 days of filling with no questions ask and money back. I believe Ive left Atleast 4 voice mails and sent an email and I didnt receive an answer. I still got the email saying that I will have my money refunded to me and never received the money. It seems like AFS is a scam it doesnt make sense if they are helping people or trying to help people why its such an issue for them to pick up the phone or answer an email regarding my money that they said theyd refund back. All I want is money back

On My 27, 2021 at 12:19pm (Eastern) I spoke with ***). He advised me that if I paid $499 that my student loan debt would be forgiven, cleared, and erased from my credit report within *** days. He said terms would be dissmissed/satisfied after 240 months of which I have been paying on since 2004.Every time I call ***, it goes to his voice mail. I have left numerous messages and no return phone call. I am wanting them (Allied Financial Services for Student Debt) to pay me back my $499.00 back. They have not done anything and I can't get an answers. These people are definitely scams as they are promising people student debt relief, but not paying the debt.I have not yet received any form of documentation from this organization. Please help me get my money back from these lying and conniving people.

This company contacted me concerning my Student loans. They told me that if I pay them $399.00 my student loans could be brought to a zero balance. I listened to them only to find out that they are not the *** of *** as they stated . Fraudently they have gotten my $399.00 dollars and nothing has been done concerning my student loans. They send you all these papers to fill out and sign and make it sound so good. Who wouldnt want their student loans forgiven for once and for all? They are a scam and need to be stopped. I need my $399.00 dollars refunded back to my credit card and these people/ this company needs to be investigated immediately and stopped. They are a TOTAL SCAM and times are too hard for them to lie to steal people money and not be able to do what they are claiming they can do. That is even fraudulent because student loans are dealing with the government!

This company is a SCAM. I was recommended by them to file student loan debt cancellation with their false promise that they are very confident to cancel student loan based on their past history and experiences. After wait for more than 18 months, the case was denied, not only that the company had promised me again to re-submit my case. I've emailed them several times to see if my file has been re-submitted, They have never answered my email, called them and I was on hold forever, then kept giving me false promises and said " the wait on the phone is long, we will email you back at the end of the day" Still no response, Called them again, after they heard my name, they flat out hung up on me! Apparently they took my money, did little bit work and DONE for good. They never had any intention to re-submit my case. They have lied to me over and over after they took my money. This company is a SCAM!

Lynnburg at Allied Financial insured me that they were not a scam. That I were eligible receive student loan forgiveness for the school I attended because they enrolled me under pressure and false pretenses and lied about the costs and my employment opportunities upon graduation. I questioned why couldnt I do this on my own through the *** of *** she insured me the had extensive experience with all the paperwork and legal *** and could rectify the issue a more timely manner than I could and know the correct documents needed to expedite the process. Well my husband believed it but never did and always felt it were a scam because I heard of many fraudulent companies preying on the vulnerable trying to dismiss student loan debts. Now after all payments are fulfilled I cannot get anyone in the phone. Back to square 1; out of over $900 and in default for over 129k in student loans I can never repay

Allied Financial is nothing more than a scam! We received a loan solicitation from them in 2020, it was for $1,000 and the payments were $79 a month. We cashed the loan solicitation like a bunch of idiots and fake full responsibility for that. However, the company continues to take the $79 out of our account, every month, yet they never send us a receipt of payment or a *** showing our remaining balance. They have never allowed us to see inside our account, so how do we know we still owe the money? We dont! We contacted our bank and they are no longer allowed to take our hard earned money. We notified allied that we found it suspicious that we never once received a receipt or *** showing the balances. We was just notified theyre taking us to court and they have filed me as a dependent in NC. I no longer live in NC. This company is a scam and they dont tell anyone what they owe and show no bills or anything. Scam!

I attended *** college it was shut down due to false advertising and lacking education ect.The loan is supposed to be forgiven but it wasnt. So i went to log onto my credit account and found a phone number to call on experian, it led to allied financial, i contacted them becasue that loan was on my report and they said i needed to start making payments so that the school " could see im making payments" and forgive my loan in the meantime ! this was a complete lie the *** was for allied financial ! my school loan was closed at *** and 3,000Allied financial opened the loan and added *** to it ! made me owe more and the *** was to pay them they mislead to me and lied.they promised to close out my school loan but the minute i was done paying them they completely stopped all communications with me. evetime i call now they say theyll get someone to call me back but that has not happened. they have robbed me. i truly need help.

I contacted Allied Financial Services about student loan forgiveness in July . I started talking to a representative Carlos B. It started off fine. He was really nice and helpful, we talked about if I qualified for the student loan forgiveness and If I was able to get a borrower's defense to repayment discharge claim filed and for their services I would have to pay $1,000.00. I didn't have that available so I agreed to pay 249.75 in four installments... Like I said it started off well. I signed and returned forms, I even had an over the phone interview that they said went well and based on how everything was going I was led to believe that Everything was going in the right direction... I finished my last payment the end of october and after that I have barely heard anything back from them. I called and leave voicemails to check my status and nothing. I checked my own student loan account and nothing has been filed. This company is fraudulent and just want money for nothing.

On July 21, I spoke with a student loan agent that my student loans payments were past due and that it was recommended to enter in a payment program. I made a successful payment on 7/22 in the amount of $267 and was told that there would be on-going payments in this amount for the next 3 months. On 8/21, I received my credit report and it shows that I am in default status with my loans. On 8/28, I spoke with a different student loan agent. This agent confirmed I was in default status, but did not see in the system that I had made a payment of $267 in July , until I repeatedly told the student loan agent that my bank reflects that it was charged. This agent then advised that the amount can be refunded or put towards the pending default amount owed. I made a payment on 8/28 in the amount of $999 with the $267 amount credited. I am very concerned about where my money is going. I checked with the federal student aid office of USDE and they indicated that they have no record of my student loan payments since 2017. In 2018, I entered into a payment program with Allied Financial Services and paid enough to come out of garnishment, then entered a payment plan towards the student loan debt owed, however after a year I failed to re-certify. My concern is that the Fed Student Aid has no record of me since 2017, yet I have made payments in 2018 and some in 2020.

Yes on 7/12 I enrolled in student loan services and was informed that I would get a call within next week to start process to go over overview of case that needed to be resolved. I received this email on 9/3 after sending an email stating that previous emails had been sent to gain further info as to whether student loan payments needed to be continued with no response. This was also discussed on 8/11 after making payment but still no contact has been made until stated date listed above. Also original price quote was for approx 900 if paid in full but no more than 1000 dollars if paid in 10 months but payments are 149.88 for ten months. This is deceptive practices and my money was taken and I did not receive anything in return. The only thing that they will be able to say is that contact was attempted in 9/3 and 9/4 to set up services when I informed allied financial services by phone on yesterday and by email that I wanted to cancel and needed instructions on how to cancel auto pay. This is so obvious as to that they are only interested in receiving payments only. Also there is no explanation as to why my student loan was accessed then locked. If it was locked then no services could be provided. The last people to have access is allied financial services but there is obviously no communications across departments. It means that case was not worked on. Also at that time I asked about the initial phone call but no information was given and that also was two months ago. I would like a full refund. Dispute for services not being provided was done prior to receiving email that was supposed to be scheduled within a week of 7/12. Contact person was Ralph

I first contacted allied to receive loan forgiveness for my school loan. I currently had Navient as my primary loan carrier. this company said they would take 3 payments of 200 to start the process and then my payments would only be 5 payments of 73 and then my loan would be forgiven, they said they would work with my current loan company to complete the process. they sent a contract to my loan company who in turn sent me a letter stating this company was not affiliated with *** of *** I had already given allied the money and continued to work with them. I had gone through all the hoops of sending w2 and electronic signatures.when they said my paperwork was at the *** of *** I asked how long process would take, they said I to 2 months. I called back 45 day into it and they then said it would be 3 months and that it was still at their office. I called again a few weeks later and then they said it would be 6 months to a year. When I started complaining about the time discrepencies and wanted my money back, they stated that they have already completed services I paid for. I explained that I thought my money was going toward my school loan and at no time did they day that I was paying for a service. When I asked what services they perform*** they said they reconsolidated my loans and got paperwork together and communicated with my loan company. My loans were already consolidat*** not a serevice I was needing and there was no communication with my loan company at all. each time I called I got hung up on several times once they confirmed it was me. I started this process in August and since my last call in I think *** there has been no communication. I am still waiting for an answer.
