Wow, these guys are so bad. I don't know where to begin. Just like the other complaint. Empty houses and when you meet people they say they are disgusted with the whole approach and words were put in their mouth. You ask these so called appointment clients did they give any indication of interest on the phone and they say no whatsoever. What can you do; talk about family, pass business cards to break the ice. Doing that calms really nice old folks down but really does nothing but make me more angry. Great appointment opener I have to work with there guys. What do they do when they set these things up? They say they tread lightly on the phone or do they not communicate. Maybe they just act like the slick sons of ### that they are. Then they have the hide to say I am the only who has caused them problems. I will see if I can contact USA Today and the Better Business Bureau again. I understand this business is tough. But the appointments are awful. The customer service is so crampy that when you can and try to talk to them it makes you feel like it is all waste. Free or cheap lead companies call you back or e-mail you at least.
