We had to postpone our cruise due to a death in the family. We were told file a claim with the travel insurance to recover the cancelation fees. Insurance Reference #3217153 claim was filed April 4th and the original checks were sent to a wrong address. I have been calling a lot since May 9th to find out where the status of the re-issue checks are. So far I have been told they would be here in 21 working days. That didn't happen. Then I was told that the stop payment has been issued, and the checks would be mailed in two weeks. That hasn't happened. Then I was told that the claim was being escalated. Still waiting. Still no communication.

When will I receive my checks? How come I cannot get a straight answer from your company?

Please give me a TRUTHFUL answer.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive the checks from my claim this month in July 2022

This must be the worst company ever. They have you purchase travel protection and then don't honor the contract. I purchased this insurance for myself, my daughter, and my grandson. When I tell you it has been a roller coaster trying to get my money back from this company, I mean it. I paid $2,575.00 for the trip. I work for the federal government and because of the disaster in Tampa, we are being deployed. I provided them with the travel documents, the emails, along with the date, time, and location. The representative advised me that they only deal with military disasters when this was mandated by the military. They have not yet allowed me to speak with someone in the corporate office, and AON sent an email saying military travel is the only way they would pay. I really need some assistance with this matter. When I initially signed up, they never told me this. I keep reaching out to AON. It clearly states on your website that work-related travel is included.
