Appraisal Solutions, Inc. review: I would like my $810 back.

August 15, 2022, Anaise R. Morgan from Appraisal Solutions, Inc. came to my home to prepare an appraisal. I had to pay $810 in advance before she would schedule the appraisal.

After receiving the appraisal 2 weeks later, I noticed that it was not accurate with the right information for my lot and home.

Anaise marked the home as a 1 bedroom, and it is a two bedroom. I had told her that I have 3 wells. One for House and 2 for outside usage. She only stated we had 2 wells. She also stated that we didn't have any Energy Efficient found in my home. I have several - including a 90% furnace and windows that are only 5 years old with doors. Plus. I have two shops and both are heated. She took pictures showing the heaters, but only listing one has heat.

I have the email I sent to Anaise asking for an update or amended appraisal and she will not get back to me. I have tried to call also. No response.
