May 09 2024 inquire a car from JCP and redirected to autoexpert.jp they make a invoice with bank info

I paid the car after I paid I ask when will the company will shipped the car they told me there's no shipping to Vancouver Canada. I contacted them around June he said he requested shipment for july 20 2024 I contacted him in July 22 to see if he shipped the car he said that something wrong with the car and they can't shipped it his offering cars double the price when I choose other cars he says they're not available.

Claimed loss: $5000 USD

Desired outcome: Money back or a car

It's unacceptable that they waited until after the payment to inform you about shipping issues and then further delayed the shipment. Offering cars at double the price and claiming the ones you choose are unavailable sounds like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, which is very concerning.

You deserve transparency and honesty, especially when making such a significant purchase. It’s crucial that Autoexpert.jp either ships the car you paid for or provides a full refund if they can't fulfill their end of the deal.

I hope you can resolve this issue quickly. If they continue to be uncooperative, it might be worth seeking legal advice or contacting consumer protection agencies to help get your money back.
