Tenants be starting trouble at the 3010 West Wells Street Apartment Building in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! In January 2022, When Jomela Properties sold all of their apartment buildings to Berrada Properties causing all bad things to happen to good tenants! The problems that be occuring at the 3010 West Wells Street apartment building is Joseph 'Joe' Bernard who live in Apt 26 on the second floor is a bully,a troublemaker who be threating and picking on tenants/starting problems with Kensha M. Gray, Kendall Parson and Aniya Jordan who used to live on the second floor inside that apartment building, Brianna the black female secretary who works behind the counter at the office at 3745 West Wells Street be taking sides with bad tenants like Joseph 'Joe' Bernard and Clyde Davis who live in Apt 5 on the first floor, She refuses to evict them from that apartment building! Clyde be drinking alcohol,smoking weed and selling weed be lying.telling lies, spreading rumors on good tenants inside that apartment building! Clyde be taking sides with Joseph 'Joe' Bernard inside that apartment building,They starting fights with good tenants inside that apartment building. They be talking saying bad things about good tenants and Nancy Bercham who live in Apt 25 on the second floor, They be saying Nancy Complains too much and She lived in that apartment building for 15 years, Nancy don't like Clyde Davis and Joseph 'Joe' Bernard,Because they be giving her an attitude! Berrada Properties 96 LLC is letting all that bad stuff happen to good tenants inside the 3010 West Wells Street apartment building. Berrada Properties/Berrada Properties 96 LLC need to start evicting Clyde Davis and Joseph 'Joe' Bernard from that apartment building or they will make new good tenants uncomfortable inside that apartment building! Do not move into that apartment building,Because If you move into that apartment building Clyde Davis and Joseph 'Joe' Bernard will start trouble with you, They will bully you,threaten you,say bad things about you and Talk about you behind your back.
