BODYFORM - Unnecessary advertising. Not only humiliating, embarrassing and demeaning a woman's menstruation by insinuating that a spot of blood on a pad is "normal". It is far from normal. Women's periods do not consist of a teaspoonful of bright red blood. Do you really think women want that type of ad? It is normal for men to have erections but we never see them. It is normal for people to squeeze whiteheads but we don't want to see it on television. Perhaps we should be showing poo on a nappy or toilet paper too? Perhaps the use of personal lubricant or condoms? Get a grip. Respect women and get rid of your unnecessary ad. I certainly will not be buying your products.
Desired outcome: Stop this kind of advertising.
I agree... These bodyform advertisements are far too explicit, there was never any need to show 'blood' on a sanitary towel, we all know what a period consists of and don't need it in graphic colour at tea-time or any other time of the day or night. Definitely a step too far...!
