11/16/2022 Hi I got an email from the new landlord of this apartment complex saying they want to file a lawsuit against me for not paying them extra money despite the rent, water, and pet deposit is all together. Also, there are exposed wires with no smoke detector and the hall light leaning. There is also black mold in the bedroom next to the sliding doors and the screen door handle is broken. Noone has worked on any of it, and they won't talk to me for unknown reasons even though I'm on the lease and I have autism. I pay the rent on time every month and I'm tired of the way she's been treating me and my family. We were only paying $690 and it changed to $740 even though the lease agreement said $690. One time in the past they charged everyone at the apartment complex $800+ and put our bank account in the negative and claimed it was a computer glitch. And I'm tired of them getting away with this and I want something done about this.
