McDonald's - mcdonalds shouldn't be legal

So I have worked at Mcdonalds up until about a year ago, this is why I NEVER eat there, I see the things that go on there and I would reccomend never eating not only Mcdonalds, but fast food. I hear people talking about how people over exadurate but I am not, the way they se arve food to people shouldn't be legal. How would you expect to get clean, fully cooked food from a store full of teenagers and kids, literally the store I use to work at was ran by kids younger then me, my oldest manager was 24. The rest were all under 22 one manager even 17. I've seen a manager tell an employee to spit in a persons food because it was somebody they didn't like. Camera's? Yeah there's camera's but the guy who actually owns the resturant is never there and never checks the camera's EVER unless MONEY IS MISSING. Garentee, people get away with stealing so much stuff there and then they wonder why they are short money and blame it on the employee's. The owner knows nothing that goes on there, the main store manager like i said is 24 and she's a ###. She only promote's those who drink or do drugs with her. When you complain about it, the boss says "oh thats not true, your just being like that because you are not promoted" But it is true. Everyone at the store knows what goes on, the store still operates this way and i can't see how they can get away with this. Anyway, the grill that cooks the meat is not set right and they never leave the meat on long enough to cook because they are not aloud (it slows down orders) Managers don't care about anything exept their bonus and getting orders on time. They searve Raw meat in the burgers all the time, raw fries and nobody wears gloves. They are supposed to was their hands every 15 mins but nobody enforces it, employee's only wash their hands once at the start of their shift and all through out they go to the bathroom wipe the sweat of their forheads, pick themselves, wipe there nose, cough into their hands. I was maintenance at the store so I know of one time the bathroom had no soap in it, several employee's went into the washroom and went back to work, how did they wash their hands? The manager makes them use expired ingredients sometimes because She doesn't want to lose money. She cut all the employee's hours for 3 months straight one time because she needed to save money, so then they hired a bunch of other employee's that only have to start out at minimum wage so the staff they DID have to use weren't making much while the rest of the employee's couldn't pay their rent. They make you work 6 hours sometimes without break. The reason they do this, is because they get away with it and every Mcdonalds is the same, every fast food place is the same. They are all run by children, don't let places fool you because I have worked at a subway and it was ust as bad, searving raw chicken. When I quit, I quit because they wouldn't let my gf go to the washroom for 6 hours with no break because they had no other staff to work the cash so they said she HAD to stay put. She couldn't have a drink, she couldn't move from the cash, she almost pee'd herself and started to cry when I told her she was coming with me and took her to the washroom and the manager confronted me and i almost assulted him I was so angry then the manager told us both to go home without pay and i quit on the spot. My gf quit soon after. They don't order enough stock so there is never any napkins or pepper or sault or pop and the customers always yell at and harrass the employee's when its not their fault. They force people to do certain jobs that aren't even their job. They have maintenance for cetain jobs like changing garbage and cleaning stuff but if they have an enemy that works cash they will force them to clean toilets and change garbage and stay outside in a storm to shovel snow for their whole shift with out proper working equitment or clothing. Speaking of clothing, they are supposed to provide the uniforms and shoe's for you, I had one shirt the whole time i was there with a hole in it and a missing button and bleach stains on it and they would not get anymore for anybody, if you asked them about it they would say "we're working on it" These types of things are in a contract you sign when you start working there but it doesn't mean anything because they can get away with anything they want and the labor board or nobody will do anything about it. In the same contract is says you will recieve a raise every 3 months. I worked there for 3 years and made minimum wage the whole time, the only time they would raise my pay was to raise it to minimum wage when it went up. The only people that were making over $9 an hour were managers who all made 14-25 an hour. Again ask them about anything and they yell at you or growl that "I'M TOO BUSY RIGHT NOW!" Even despite Mcdonald's "Open Door Policy" or tell you they are working on it, that is mcdonalds exuce to not do anything "We're working on it" My gf use to work the drive thru and one time she got bitten by a dog and it was bad, a very big dog, they would not let her go to the hospital for 3 hours until they found somebody to cover her shift and wouldn't pay for anything including the rest of her shift. They still to this day let people go through the drive-thru with their big dogs hanging out the window and still after that use to force my gf to work drive-thru. When staff changes the garabag cans they lift the garbage bags over the food and sometimes it sprays all over the place. They are supposed to clean the machine that makes ice cream and shakes but sometimes only do it like 3 times a year. its supposed to be done twice a week. They wipe the tables with a wet cloth, once over just to make them look wet, so they look clean, one time there was excrament in the play area for kids and nobody cleaned it, it is still there to this day, dried on. If you go in to that store on a friday or saturday, because of the low staff there eating area has garbage all over the floor and tables because of people dropping stuff and the garbage cans over flowing because nobody changes them. nobody wears hairnets, EVER, the managers don't enforce this anywhere, look in the kitchen next time your there and see the employee's picking at themselves and wiping themselves. They have a water filter you are supposed to change when it gets a little dirty, there is a chart of when you are supposed to change it, i will add photo's of when i get them very soon. it is a white filter, on the chart there are four pics of it getting dirty, dirtier, even dirtier and dirtest which is black. You are supposed to change it on the first one, ours is always black, so it filters into the pop or beverage that you drink. That place is the most discusting place I have ever seen, not that it was healthy food before, even when it is cooked, clean, not expired and prepared right (which non of the above ever is) I have some pictures and i will add more later but for now here are some pictures of my girlfriends dog bite, food they searved, the dirty machine they are SUPPOSED to clean the fryers with, the water the use to clean, the buckets and towels they clean with, the full garbage bags they leave in the kitchen until somebody takes it to the dumpster which most of the time isn't before 8 or 9 hours, of the the dumster that gets over full for days so they throw the garbage all around it and on picnic tables customers use in the summer. Atleast this is their exuse but the dumster was empty this time, its also where employee's sit and smoke and lean the serve customers afterwords without washing. and others

Yes I did take the pictures myself, I use to work there and I will not say my real name in fear I will get in trouble, however if something is intended to be done i will come out of the dark to fight against this company. The resturant I worked (I should say work) at has been like this for years and never changes, they harrass people and do all of this and everyone knows about it yet they continue to get away with it. i have no idea how this is allowed. The owners name is Dan Lirette so yes you should tell everyone you know about Moncton, NB Canada's McDonald's on 900 Mountain road. It should be shut down, you should help.

I was at this exact McDonalds with my family about a month ago, and no word of a lie, it took us half an hour to get our food after we ordered it. It was crowded in there, yes, but it shouldn't have been THAT bad. There were maybe twelve people ahead of us, and half of them were just getting coffee or smoothies.
I actually almost fell and cracked my head on the floor there on that trip. Whoever had cleaned the floors had done a ### job of it, and I slipped going to the table. Only JUST managed to catch myself, too, and the guy mopping was like, five feet away- didn't even offer to help.

Ya. I'm 18 now, promoted to management when I was 17, and would NEVER allow any of this on my shift! Wow. Sounds crazy. Call the 1-800 number and there is an option for employees to make a complaint.
