The organization goal is great, because it looks great, sounds great. But underneath, horrible things exist. As an NPO, they're not accountable to anyone, thus no good management, just abuses, falsifications all through, breaches of individual rights and freedom. They have serious problems in ethics, service quality and attitude of certain employees.
As a very important social organization to protect children, CAS, Children's Air Society of Toronto in stark contrast, heading to the opposite direction. Ontario Government, the portfolio minister don't care and why care? Nobody likes to dig dirt to fix horrible disasters of this organization. Thus the province and the city are depleting in terms of quality, standard of living and ethics and helpless people have been suffering at their abusive hands.

Children's Aid Society of Toronto is a horrible place. Recent Ontario Government's policy changes are not enough, the government must make them accountable through regular scrutiny/monitoring and feedback from the clients. Some employees are liars and abusers, the Court of Justice loves it.
Big fart Katrina Hofstra is a born-liar, 'n pervert. If I see her parents I'll ask them how did they raise this shameless monster.
Is she Kennedy office Katrina? If so, she's a big liar, such a big liar nobody can believe except the sufferer. This organization is built on lies, deception, abuse in the name helping children when Ontario Ombdusmen is worthless.
