Center Point Energy review: Gas at my residence meter not read

Residents vacated home August 7 2022. Totally empty.

House on for sale Aug. 31 2022.

House was sold closed Oct. 28 2022.

Gas hot water heater & two gas fireplaces with igniter. some gas usage.

No actual use of gas except these item were on

Gas statement indicate the gas usage was same as prior months usage when house was occupied by two people.

Center Point Energy was impossible with no respect to explain this gas usage at an unoccupied house.

I believe the usage was estimated. Unknown to CPE the house had no residents for 82 days.
