On 9-8-2022 A unauthorized charge was made to my account from a chime pre - paid debit card issued by chime for the sum of 371.31 by someone named Kasey Bozhuk, chime claimed it was a legal order but could'nt provide me with a case number, phone number, e-mail address or anything, I was told by chime they could'nt refund or dispute a legal order to which they did'nt have any information on, they chime could'nt even tell me what court it came from. Chime also told me that I could dispute the charge with Kasey Bozhuk Whoever she or they were, without giving me any information.
Desired outcome: please refund my money, and a apology for such poor unprotected,unprofessional service.
Did you ever get it resolved? If so how?

In Texas if to owe a debt bo matter how old it is this Kasey bozhuk person can go to court without notifying you get a order to seize your bank accounts put a hold on all your funds then go back to court and get a order to take all your funds and you never have to be notified. The number I have is a 409 area code. Does anyone else have a different number.

She actually responded to my email a month ago, acting like she had never heard from me even though I've been trying to reach her for years. I've called both numbers and left messages, no response. I mean, I get that I have a debt but how the hell am I supposed to settle it if I can't reach this person and she freezes all my accounts? I need direct deposit to get a paycheck!
Omg this lady did this to me also from a speedy cash loan I never had before. She went to court and seize 2 of my bank accounts. I’m so pissed about this because I’m just finding out today ! Anyone can help me find out how I can get handle this properly ?

They also do not return phone calls I have been trying to get a hold of this person for almost 3 years
I have also had several accounts seized by this person and I have been trying to contact for over 2 years as well. I think at this point the only solution is to hire a lawyer.
