January 24, 2023, my card was cancelled, and I was told that I would receive an expedited new card at 4*** Twilight Trail, Fort Worth Texas 76126. This never happened. Several days later, I called about the missing card. I told them that I preferred getting the replaced card via my PO BOX but was told that it is against policy to mail to a PO Box and apologies were made and another card would be mailed to the physical address. Several days later I received a replacement card in my PO Box. l called to activate the card and was told that it was cancelled, and another card would be mailed to the physical address. This is three card mailings with only one received but it was cancelled. By this time, I've had to change four or five auto pays and I've lost the momentum of obtaining my American Airlines miles accumulation.
Then on the 23rd of February (month later) I received the replacement card via the Post Office Box and I activated it today the 28th of February. My third attempted card sent and both to my "against policy" PO Box. I do understand that policy, but CITI's procedure isn't better than the Post Office whom I don't trust either.
I don't trust CITI now. I am almost certain that you have screwed up my auto pays, and my AA Mile Program.
I'm going to have to research this thoroughly and report this accordingly.
I want to contact AA about this and see what effect this has made on my program. Additionally, I want CITI to get it together and make this right!
I've read about the lawsuits and CITI's loss of a gazillion dollars and this is scary. I want to regain trust. How can you fix this?
