Cohens Optical / Bay Plaza review: Eyeglasses/usage of coupons

I purchased Gucci Eyeglasses in which I left a down payment and asked about using no expiration date coupons that were given to me by the store Manager. The receptionist stated that she would let me know after speaking with the store manager if I could use the coupons. The receptionist made copies of the coupons and told me she would get back to me in a few days. The receptionist eventually called me two weeks after I left the coupons. Now the store manager will not honor all three coupons she said she will only honor one because I didn't present them at the time of purchase. I did present them to the receptionist because she said I had to wait for a decision so how can I use the coupons if I have to wait for a decision from the store manager why not honor all of the coupons. I asked for my money back that I left the down payment on the glasses and she's the manager said no because my glasses are now ready and they refuse to give me my money back
