I sold almost $1,000.00 dollars in Crypto on Friday morning June 16th. For some reason the sale didn’t go through.
The receipt that generates says Don’t worry we are working on refunding you. This has happen before and the refund was immediate, maybe 30 minutes later. It’s now Monday and it still hasn’t been refunded.
I’ve emailed and called and obviously even during their “customer service hours” it’s extremely difficult to get to speak to anyone, and absolutely impossible over the weekend:
Desired outcome: Want my money immediately, if there is a mistake on their end why am I’m waiting 3 days now
