National Tire & Battery [NTB] - tire

I brought a tire from south Blvd 5021 location tire was a little smaller but the sales associate Scott Pinckney was very nasty he had a bad attitude towards me when I came back to discuss my concerns I didn't appreciate that he should have never lost his cool with me because I came to him with nothing respect the tire was the a 215/60R16 95T but my other tires are a 215/60R16 95V he assured me they was the exact same tire but it wasn't he could of had did a better job comparing the tires I would have never purchase it if it was smaller now my car is leaning to one size and he made it very clear to me that he wasn't going to do nothing about it he was very rude that is not the way to treat a paying customer who just paid 105 for one tire I can say I'm an unhappy customer and I will never recommend or use their service again
