They are scammers
https://www.firstalert4.com/2022/02/09/local-companies-warn-st-louis-social-media-marketing-firm-after-taking-costly-hit/?outputType=amp
They are simply scammers. They not only charge huge amount to the clients but also hire people to do the job and on completion never pays. They are real scammers. Hired me from fiverr when their job was completed they asked fiverr to release funds in their favour and fiverr like stupids after having all proofs of job being done released payment in their favour.
Recommendation: Stay away from them. Contact me and i shall give all proofs
I have been using Drive for 5 years plus for my local cocktail bar and reastaurant
I have been using Drive for 5 years plus for my local cocktail bar and reastaurant. Have had fantastic results in adding to our customer base as well as email list. Have felt like we have grown togther in the time we have worked together.
This company was relentless on trying to get our small business to sign with them.Calling every day, trying to set meetings especially during Covid. Promising an insane return on what they could potentially provide. After research we new they could not. We dodged a bullet for sure. I feel bad for all the companies they mis led.
One star because you can't give zero. I initiated a promotional campaign with them and while I won't blame them for lack of results, I was fed lies for months to keep my campaign running so that the greedy DSM could cash in on my monthly payment. They even loaded my results late into their reporting tool, delaying my termination by another month, and even after that, they kept drawing funds from my bank account despite promising they would not. Ultimately, I had to put a stop payment on my account which cost me an additional $75. The icing on the cake, to demonstrate their lack of ethics, after I had terminated my campaign they wouldn't turn off the promotional activities which led to hundreds of dollars of unnecessary expenses. On paper, their system is interesting and probably works for a select few, but for the rest of us, it is a scam.
I love working with Drive. They have helped our business grow. Since we have started using them we are seeing phenomenal growth!I highly recommend!
This is the best company, marketing or otherwise, that I have worked with. Their approach is effective and VERY personalized. I love that we get everything done in one day a quarter. We just let them do the rest. Each person we have worked with knows our company personally and what works for us. We have seen a dramatic increase in sales since we started using Drive Social Media. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to be on the cutting edge of marketing for business.
The team at DRIVE was easy to work with and super knowledgeable
The team at DRIVE was easy to work with and super knowledgeable. Liam made us feel confident in his expertise and organization of the entire process. We also were impressed with how quickly the team could put together a plan for us. Thanks Liam and team!
Spent a year working with Drive. First-class experience from day 1. They were attentive, collaborative and delivered everything on time. More importantly, they were outcome driven. They adjusted as needed and when it was all said and done, we were successful in our goals! 10/10 would work with them again.
I am not too swift on technology - Drive STL knocks it out of the park for us!
Drive reached out to our owner's personal cell phone to initiate contact. We're not sure where they got his number. He directed them to reach out to our marketing department as the point of contact. I set up a time for a demo between drive and the marketing dept. On the day of the demo, the Drive rep called 10 min before saying he was going to be late coming from the previous demo. No problem. He said the owner didn't respond to the google calendar invite and wanted to know if the owner was coming. I let him know he was out sick for the day but wasn't planning on being involved regardless. His pitch shuffled and he wanted to reschedule for a time the owner could be present. I repeated that he is not participating but he talked over me and said he would reach out later to schedule. The next day the owner gets a phone call again. He repeats that Drive needs to contact the marketing dept. to set something up. Two weeks go by. In the meantime I've researched Drive online and seen the good and the bad. There are a lot of patterns with the bad. I noticed some of them aligned with my own experience. Not taking no for an answer and quickly pushing their way into a situation. One of their google reviews suggested looking at casenet. Drive Social Media has had 39 cases between [protected]. One of their ComplaintsBoard.com reviews tells the story of a small business that shifted their marketing efforts to Drive and saw their profits plummet to a point where they almost lost the company! Two of our marketing staff have used Drive at their previous employers and had nothing but terrible things to say. It seems businesses less familiar with utilizing social media on their own have more to gain from Drive taking over for them, while other businesses like ourselves that already handle it internally can see through what they claim to provide. Drive called our owner a third time, and was again told by the owner that he does not participate in this stuff. The next morning I get the call to reschedule. I tell him we've decided we're not interested. He continues talking about coming out and meeting the owner, claiming he spoke to the owner the previous day and he was interested in meeting up, which I knew was a flat out lie. I repeat that we are not interested, citing that we did not like what we were seeing online about their business. He avoided the customer testimonies I was referring to, citing some other platform that showed mostly happy customers and some extensive list of business partners. He tried again to schedule for an even later day. I told him this is falling in line with what I said before, they will not take no for an answer. TWO MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND NOW A DIFFERENT REP IS CALLING OUR OWNERS PHONE AGAIN AFTER BEING TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES TO LEAVE US ALONE ESPECIALLY HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER
This guy was the most pushy and *** salesman I have ever experienced.
We have been a client of Drive Social for about 1 year now
We have been a client of Drive Social for about 1 year now. We couldn't be happier with how things are going. Our ROI has been well above what was promised. Business has been booming during the COVID pandemic when all others around us seem to be struggling.

We have been with Drive since June and they have been very effective in communicating with us. The ads looks very professional and we have been happy with our responses so far. When we noticed issues, they are quick to respond and adjust accordingly. We are happy to see where the partnership will lead us.

The team at Drive has been wholeheartedly supportive of me and my budding small business. My ads have been running since August , so we are in the second quarter or "walk" phase now. Business is absolutely picking up compared to where I was 6 months ago. They never made a guarantee, but told me their goal is to get me to a 3:1 ROI in the first 12 months. Based on my business model, they were incredibly transparent with me and let me know that this might not happen, but that they would give me advice and guidance along the way to optimize my website for the best possible outcome. That 3:1 ROI is absolutely achievable, but it doesn't happen overnight. The system has to learn from the people who interact with your ads and your website. As a startup, our goal in the first quarter was one sale, mainly looking to generate data for the Facebook pixel to learn and target better potential buyers. We ended up with 13 sales, and over 200 leads. One month into quarter 2, we have 8 more sales and approaching 100 more leads. The system works, but you have to give it time. I'm sorry but you simply can't fairly judge this system based on 3 or 6 months. It's like quitting a diet after a week because you're not ripped yet. It's just not a fair assessment. Not only is my partnership with Drive building brand awareness and bringing in sales/leads, it's also saving me time and money I'd be spending on add creation, data analysis, photography, videography, SEO, and more. Leveraging their amazing people for these services keeps me focused on my business and my customers instead of my ads. Drive is there for me when I need them, they care about me as a person and about the success of my business, and they are committed to absolute customer satisfaction. They have my back, and they are invaluable to my business.

Drive has been amazing for our business. Our team is extremely talented, diligent, and helpful. They are quick to respond to any question or concern we have.
Cara and the team at Drive are awesome! They work closely with our team to reach many new prospects in our area. The Drive team is always open to new marketing ideas and strategies. We like the flexibility of being able to switch form campaigns that are not preforming as well to those that are bringing potential new members through our doors.

Is that an option to give less Stars I would
Is that an option to give less Stars I would. This company is a joke they try to sell you on the numbers and then they don't deliver on the numbers I got a total of about 70 leads and they were pure garbage not one conversion. I spent close to $20,000 with this [censored] all organization I would advise anybody looking or even thinking about using their services to run and run away fast. Nothing but false promises around a couple of fancy ads

I see the previous reviews here and I understand that there is some frustration and disconnect between expectations and the reality of what Drive offers. In my particular business model, the Drive has been very successful for me and my company. We're averaging over a 4 to 1 return on our investment and they have been successful in tracking our leads and conversions. That being said, it's my business model which is retail and membership-based. I think you need to look at your companies individual clients and see where your leads come from generically and you should have a good idea what Drive can do for you. It also takes time. Their business model is an AI that has to learn. It's not a 3 to 1 guarantee out of the gate. Nothing pays for nothing overnight. I have been very pleased with Drive and I continue to see great results.
I wish the previous reviews were out there before I signed a contract with drive
I wish the previous reviews were out there before I signed a contract with drive. It would have saved me money and headaches. I echo all of their comments. If things don't work out, it's expensive to cancel, as I found out the hard way. I was given around 60 leads...none of them knew anything about signing up for the free link I provided. In other words, the ad had a free link for a personal financial analysis. The ad asked for their phone number and email. Not one of them could remember signing up for it when called within 24 hours of supposedly signing up. Maybe, it's just not a good plan for my type of business, but when they signed me up they promised a 3 to 1 return on my investment and were concerned that I had enough staff to monitor all of the calls I would be getting. (I never received a call from the ads) Biggest problem? They don't listen...6 months into it, the profile they were targeting was not even close to the target market I identified in several very long meetings. They record these meetings, but they do not listen. They are very good at talking and telling you how good they are, but poor at listening and delivering on promises.

Drive worked with me for 5 months and I didn't get a usable lead
Drive worked with me for 5 months and I didn't get a usable lead. They sold me on that they had had Health Insurance agents in the past and guaranteed me a 3 to 1 return on my advertising $$$$. Both myself and my employees put countless hours into this and I even hired a consultant to assist me and my company with it to give it the best chance of success. When Covid-19 hit it was clear that I had to make cuts and the money I had paid Drive had gotten me NOTHING but several thousand $$$ dollars out of my pocket into theirs. We never believed they had worked with a Health Insurance agent before, they just didn't know the right questions to ask and when we tried to advise them on tracking the upper income level of people they just didn't seem to listen. My guess is that I got around 30 leads through them and was able to only talk to 3 or 4 and they wanted free Health Insurance or denied they had even sent the email. I tried to call every lead and email them and several emailed me back to not email them any more. I told them that I had to stop it and I wanted to leave on good terms then I got an email that they were going to charge $10,600 to stop my contract. I told him that was *** then I get a lawsuit filed on me from the CEO of the company for $23,850.00. After reading some further reviews there was a lady that paid them for 6 months and didn't get a usable lead either, so this is a trend for Drive it seems, charge a lot of money and give no results and promise a 3 to 1 return on your money. Austin, one of the managers told me that it looked like they were going to have to lay their people off and didn't know if they could survive this pandemic. I wished them the best then I get the lawsuit, at this point, there is nothing to bad for this company and I will meet them in court and show them for what they really are. Honestly, I enjoyed the young people that I worked with but they were never straight with me on having had Health Insurance agents as clients. Things are down by at least 75% now and to sue me like this to get something else for no return is as low as it gets. Please stay away from this company, they are bad news. The CEO is Matthew *** and he is an attorney from St. Louis, that filed the lawsuit. I just hope and pray that the Judge here in Nashville will send him a clear message that this will not be allowed here in Tennessee This is legal extortion and at a time when no one can stand any more hits on their pocket book. I have NEVER written a bad review in my life but Drive and the CEO deserves every word of this.

This biz has bad sales practices
This biz has bad sales practices. They keep calling my biz and personal phones even when I said no. They won't stop even when I asked them to remove me from their call list. They called me on 3/23/22 and I rejected the call, but they called me back multiple times. I told them I'm not interested in their services, but they kept asking me sales questions. They also called my biz partner's phone from different numbers. He told them to stop calling him, but they called him again on 3/28/22. It's crazy how they do biz like this.
