I ordered Editor's Pick Luxury bioclear step 3 and it had a different box than what it normally has which made me wonder if it was the real thing. But I have been using it and it seems to be the same thing. I have been nothing but happy with this company. They deliver promptly and only once have I not been able to get the product I wanted. I will continue to order from them.

I bought an eye cream called teamine for many years. I decided to try another reputable store on line and returned it bc it wasnt the same formula. So i tried you and found it to be like the first company I used. Im wondering whats going on with this brand and realize its not your fault or the other companys fault. Im going to get in touch with the manufacturer.
This business does not answer or return calls. They also don't reply to your emails. Buyers beware of placing an order with editorspick.com. Their price is lower than anyone else on the web, but if you never get your product is it worth it?
I worked with this company. Very reliable company and they are really focused on having the best products for the customer.
I ordered a sunforgettable and the content was a fraud. Product was replaced by something Else but the packaging was original. Editor's pick is a fraud. Asked for a refund but was refused! No one respond anymore. I lost 100$! Don't buy from Editor's pick from NYC on Broadway

Not sure about everyones negative experiences, but have ordered quite a few Is clinical products from them and they are authentic, sealed and the price cant be beat. Sure, customer service takes a while to get in touch with but they are helpful and find solutions to the problems from my personal experience. Would recommend and plan on buying from them again in the near future.

I made a purchase, had an issue, contacted Editors Pick right away via email and they responded immediately they sent me a pre-paid return shipping label and in the meantime shipped out a replacement, which I received within 3 days I verified the authenticity of the product with the manufacturer, which included the manufacture warranty Quick and reliable service with good products I am not sure why they are receiving poor reviews, my experience was very positiveOne suggestion for improvement would be to ship items in a solid and secure box; maybe add samples (which is always nice)
I brought their products on 2020, after my local store doesn't have the Obagi in stock
I brought their products on 2020, after my local store doesn't have the Obagi in stock. so I turn online, I use it, no problem, is the same as the med spa quality, after 6 months, I started to buy Obagi, IsClinical Neova, and Revision entire line of skincare products from this website, I don't have any problem with the products, some products like 330z huge bottle of Obagi cleaner and toner was about to expire in 2/3 month, I ask them if they have later expire dates that I can exchange for, but they don't have it, they issue me a refund and I post a products back with free shipping. There was one time, I think they put a wrong price on ISClinical Youth products, but they didn't cancel my order, instead they shipped it for me. and they change the price higher later. I'm so happy, I got the products.I also order the products to shipped to my sister in [location], and they take care of the custom tax as well. Just it take a while for the commercial invoice to be clear by [company] and custom. All the items I received, I sometime email to the original brand to check if they are the newest batch, they come back with positive reply, all the products I received was seal and has a proper original packaging. I buy from Original website before, so I know what's the real original stuff like. EditorPicks might have older batch maybe due to their stock-up quantity. I buy from this company for almost 2 years and it save me a lot of money, so I will recommend. Just pay attention to the expiration date.

This company absolutely does not deserve any orders
This company absolutely does not deserve any orders. I paid nearly 25 dollars for a hand lotion, and when it arrived today, Jan. 25th, 2022, it was the size of my baby finger and had barely any product. They can kiss it where the sun doesn't shine!

This business is distributing products that are not authentic. I purchased an Obagi Hydrate Luxe Medical cream and the solution was completely different from the same product my friend purchased from Obagi.com. It was yellow instead of white and has a chemical odor.

I ordered Olaplex No 2 (2 liter) from them which is only available from professional beauty stores that require a license. I saw that this was on sale and thought, why not - seems legit. Well, it wasn't! The label on the back of the huge bottle was missing the QR code which Olaplex - they even have an Anti-Diversion page due to numerous fake versions of their products, especially the salon-only stuff (Olaplex No 1 and No 2). Per Olaplex's anti-diversion page: "All our consumer products contain QR codes on the bottom back side. If a QR code is missing, scratched off or tampered with in any way, do not buy it as the product could be fake, expired or diluted." Mine was definitely tampered with. Plus, I was able to compare it with my authentic product obtained from a professional beauty store, and it is definitely diluted (not as thick, less viscous) and had more fragrance to it, which I noticed immediately. I have reported them to the Olaplex Anti-Diversion team and would love to get a refund, but they never answer their phone - just able to leave a voicemail. Still waiting on a reply back from my email which I have sent twice now with a photo of the label with the removed QR code. Stay away from this site and only buy from Olaplex.com or an authorized retailer/pro beauty store. Wish I could just get my $220 back!

I made a purchase of $230.06 on 5/19 for skincare product on their website it was shipped and a tracking number was included, as per tracking info it was delivered on my front door on 5/21 which I didn't receive and everyone was home. I went to the post office to make an inquiry and was told to come back next day, which I did and they said they didn't have it snd was told to reach out to the seller. I reached out and they responded saying sometimes the post office marks it as delivered and to give it 7days which I did, went back to the post office which they said they don't have. reached out to the seller again and haven't heard back ever since. reached out 5/29,6/3 and 6/4
