RaceWay Gas Stations - not getting a fair chance

I'm filing a complaint about Rob, owner of Raceway, on US-90 Milton, FL.

January 6th, Rob called me and offered me a job interview, & We set the interview for January 7th at 1:00p.m. Jaunary 7th, I get there 20 minutes early, & He's not there. A co-worker called him to let him know I was there, about 1:30p.m. he finally got there. We go inside, I do my interview, and at the end he asked me for my I.D. & social security card to make copies & asked if I was available to come in Jaunary 8th at 6.a.m, which I was. January 8th, I get there at 5:45a.m. and got in there at 5:55a.m. He started to work me right away, but didn't show me how to do everything. Later, 9 a.m. comes around, anothet co-worker Curtis comes in to work, and he does the safe drop and Rob asked me to go to the cooler and restock everything, so I did. Later on around 11a.m. I got off. I thought my first day went pretty well. The two co-workers bragged on me and one of them had told me Rob was happy about the cooler, etc. So, After Austin (co-worker) got off at 7p.m. he texted me and gave me Rob's number, and I texted him and asked when I work next, he said he would let me know. January 15th I asked again, no reply. Jaunary 18th, Rob texted me and let me know my check was ready for pick up. January 19th, I texted him again and asked when I worked, no reply. So, again January 22nd I texted him and asked why I hadn't been put on the schedule. January 23rd he finally replied back. I know my rights, and the laws on working. He was suppose to train me for about a week but suppose to work me for two weeks, that's something he failed at doing. He worked me one day on Jaunary 8th for 5 hours out of the whole 2 weeks. I feel as he took advantage of the situation, and I feel as he has his picks, and I feel as I didn't suit his style. I deserved a chance, and he failed at doing so. He failed on so many things, and I just wanted to work. He failed at giving me a shirt my first day, failed at giving me my w2 form and work availability form to fill out until a week later. I didn't get a fair chance, and I hope it gets corrected. Thank you for your time.
