Red Robin

I have gone into Red Robin 3 to 4 times in the last month or so and one manger, I believe her name is Amy, has me absolutely baffled. I have overheard her bad mouthing customers to her employees while they are still on the floor working, and I have also overheard her belittle her employees. She says very rude and condescending things to her staff. I have witnessed her yell at an employee for doing the same things she has allowed other employees to do. Finally it has been brought to my attention the last time I had gone there to eat dinner that she has threatened to write up or even fire employees who try to call in ill. That is very concerning to me as a customer because I do not want to go eat at a place where the employees are ill and could possibly be spreading their illness to the food I am about to eat. I would like to see a drastic change in the way she manages the restaurant because that is no way to treat her employees or even the customers .
