Not sure of the date but in September I applied for underground service to be installed.in October I was given 3 different dates that month they were suppose to come. every month from October 2022 to january the planning department gave me the dates of 22 the 27 the 30th that they were suppose to come. They didn’t. Would not tell me they weren’t coming. I stayed home all them dates waiting. In the first part of November the schedualing department emailed me stated they would be here to install my service I got the date of the 22 when I called the planning department. They did not come. I called the planning department and was given the date of the 27 they did not come. I called the planning department and was given the date of the 30 they did not come. I called the planning department every month on the 1st there after and was given the same 3 dates a month and they don’t come. I’ve paid in full for the service. I got a email from schedualing they tentatively would be here on 2-16 2023 to install service they did not come. Got another email said they were delayed due to winds and would be here to install power when they have restored customers power. So as you can see I have no confirmed date when they might come. this is a ongoing process every month and it is getting very frustrating. this has been going on for about a half of year.
